Welcome to the forum. The first 2 weeks are the most difficult, especially if you are used to MB every day, or more. With time you will be able to enjoy the horny, full feeling. It can give you increased energy, better social relationships, and a sense of self control. Another thing you will discover is that very strong urges can and will go away if you can just wait a short while. It is possible to become less horny without masturbating.

Something that has helped me is when the urges come, is to do something physical... go to the gym, go for a run. Get away from a place where it's too easy to MB. The urges will then fade. Good luck!
