After 20 days of semen retention i had sex and eyaculated, so i had to start again. Im in my day 11, and still without WD.

Reduction is key. Don't think of the reset as detrimental. You are slowly working at teaching your body to self-release.

There are several members on this forum who will do long bouts of AB, then will slip up and MB and then hit a WD shortly after (including that very night).
