I hadn't been on this site for years but remembered it a couple of days ago when I woke up and felt close to ejaculating. I didn't ejaculate and hadn't been intentionally abstaining but then realized it had been several days since I last ejaculated. I think the last time I ejaculated was on 11/24/2017 but not certain as I wasn't keeping track. However, for several months before that, I'd estimate I was masturbating to ejaculation around 4 to 7 times a week so this would have been the longest I went without a release in the recent past. I intend to abstain through at least the end of the year and see what happens. I haven't had a WD in years but waking up to that pulsing sensation has me curious as to whether I'm still able to. I'll be sure to post if I get a WD.

There was nothing about today that was particularly noteworthy. If anything, the feeling of the tanks being full was less today than yesterday; maybe because I was too busy to dwell on it.

I probably will only update the log once a week or so, unless something particularly interesting happens during this experiment to see if I can get a WD.

This is perhaps day 11 or maybe day 12 or 13 of AB. The full tank feeling was back today. Leaked quite a bit of precum while driving today - enough to soak through boxer briefs and show a wet patch on pants. Other than that, nothing significant to report.

Woke up around 2:30 am and unable to get back to sleep. It is now a little after 4:00 am. If I wasn't AB and rubbed one out, there is a 90+ percent chance, I'd fall back to sleep. Too late to take a sleeping pill at this point so I'm just going to get a super early start to the day!

No issues with excessive precum leaking after the incident earlier in the week and not feeling horny or full at this point either.

Into week 2 here - day 15ish. Things have settled down. Have had some pretty vivid dreams the last couple of nights but none were sexual as far as I recall. Woke up with MW but it went away pretty much as soon as I got up.

I might be meeting up with a FWB later today. We fool around occasionally but not every time we hang out. If I wasn't AB, I'd consider MB earlier in the day to last longer in case things turn sexual but I guess I'll just deal with the possibility of a quick trigger today. That would leave a reason to go for round 2! But maybe it won't be an issue because I'm not super horny even though it has been over 2 weeks.

Had some very vivid dreams last night and had a really strong erection that woke me up about an hour before my alarm was set to go off. Although I didn't feel like I was anywhere close to ejaculating, it still felt encouraging. Unlike some other times I woke up with strong erections, I didn't have trouble falling back to sleep. Soon after waking I was back to sleep and I slept soundly until the alarm clock went off.

Woke up a few times during the night with strong erections. No WD since the time I started AB in late November though. I'll continue to AB through January but if I don't get a WD by the end of January (or have sex) I'll have to reassess whether to continue as I'm not sure if it is healthy for an adult male to go for such an extended period without any release. As far as MB goes, though, I feel like I've gotten out of the habit and don't really have any desire to do it.

I had some vivid sexual dreams last night but the dreams were unpleasant rather than being enjoyable. In one dream I was precumming much more than usual to the point it was causing embarrassing wet patches on my pants that others started to notice and comment about. In another dream my penis had shrunk to a fraction of its normal size. I'm pretty sure I had erections while sleeping and having the dreams and was still hard when I woke even though the dreams were more like nightmares.

Woke up a few times during the night with erections. When I finally got out of bed it took awhile for the erection to go away. Starting to get that "full" feeling like I need a release again. Other than that, there are no signs I might be getting closer to a WD.

A pattern I've noticed is that my level of horniness seems to spike about a week after my last ejaculation but then, after an initial spike, it kind of comes and goes and varies randomly day to day.

I feel like I could be getting closer to having a WD. Yesterday, while I was sitting at work, I had a sensation that I was about to ejaculate. As of today, February 1, 2018, I've gone a solid two calendar months - December and January - without MB. I'm planning to continue through the month of February. Things seem to have leveled off in terms of the intense horniness I felt on occasion during the first few weeks of AB. I also haven't had any "near WD" experiences in the last few weeks. I haven't passed on the opportunity for sex when it has presented itself. However, that has been only on an irregular and unpredictable basis. My frequency of ejaculating is way, way lower than when not AB from MB so I think a WD could still happen at some point.
