Today I'm starting with AB. I've decided to start this log primarily to stay motivated. I won't watch porn or edge. I had one wet dream (last summer when I was volunteering on a working camp) and it happened after approximately 20 days of AB (and it felt really good). So here is what has happened. After 6 days of AB, I masturbated and orgasmed. I wasn't frustrated at all, I've just said to myself: OK, let's try again. However, the next day I felt like I don't want to abstain now and put it for the upcoming days in the near future, so I masturbated again to orgasm. An hour later, I took a nap and had a wet dream. So even though I had had orgasm just an hour earlier, I have experienced full ejaculation due to erotic dream. I would say that for me the most important is the content of a dream: it must me something erotic, and then I will cum. I still think that abstinence is important in order to achieve a WD, it just wasn't the case this time.
Relax. Don't put much preassure on yourself and don't obsess over when will WD occur. Relax, live your life, do something meaningful whenever you can, and it will eventually come.
