I thought I'd start my journal on here. I've been logging for 3 days now. My goal is to not have any sexually stimulated orgasm/ejaculation for the entire year of 2018.

As of today I'm on day 11 of AB, my max AB is 35.

I've had several WD over the years, I've never really counted.

I'm not sure all that I sould log, If any one has any suggestions, I'm defenetally open to suggestions.

Day 9 of AB

Morning wood was present, lasted from 8 a.m. - 9 a.m.

A semi happened at 10:34 while thinking about edging

Edging session occured for 3 Hrs and 4 Min from 11:26 a.m. -2:30 p.m. a small amount of prostate fluid leaked out at 2 hrs in. no ejaculation or orgasm occured

Had a bath afterwords, wore a butt plug for 30 min.

had another semi at 9:43

Edging made me feel more calmed as I was horny and had 2-3 erections on the 5th.

Day 10 of AB

Slept in tight trunks with penis pointed down to notice if any nocturnal erections occure.
No wetness or WDs occured

One Nocturnal errection occured that I could tell.

No morning wood occured today.

Edging session was done today, it went for 2 Hrs 50 Min. A prostate gush occured 2 Hrs in, No orgasm or ejaculation occured with it. Session ended with the erection going soft and not being able to become hard again.

10 p.m. there was a large ammount of pressure on the prostate, urination helped the problem, Pre was found pressed out after urination.

Day 11 of AB

Slept in a Nasty Pig Jock, penis was pointed down.
4 am I was awoken to an erection and an extreme urge to ejaculate. I tried to will an orgasum as it felt like I could almost just cum out of nowhere. No ejaculation occured. was able to get to sleep 30 Min after this occured.

Day 12 of ABing from climax. still on my current goal of getting to a WD or SE. I've never had a SE and think it would be really interesting to expereance. also kinda embarassing to spunk my undies. I kinda like that.

My long term goal is to not have any orgasms from sexual stimulation. I'm not giving up sex and MBing, just the climax. I'm doing this as Ejaculation can trigger and worsen my testicular pain. WDs seem to not do that for some reason.

Had Nightmear Woke up suddently.

Well posting in my journal again, in 30 min I'll be at my 14 days, 2 week mark since my lasy orgasm. it's usually pretty calm sailing for me to get to the 2 week mark, I'm anticipating it's going to get more harder from here on out. My usual masterbation schedual is once a week, with an occasional few days of getting off 3-5 times in 2-3 days.

Part two.

IDK if going commando was a good idea or if ABing was a good idea, My testicular pain has been pretty bad today. I went out to a social event and it got kinda bad.

I'm going to stick with BDing, but really feeling my chronic pain in the eppididimus and up the spermatic cord into the Inguinal canals, that's normally where my chronic pain is, just not sure if full balls is helping the matter.

My scrotum has been mostly loose today, it's been cold, but it didn't retract much. my balls only retract when the skin retracts, I lost the function to retract them at will after the surgery I had on the spermadic cord in 2011.

Slept in low-rise briefs again last night, No WD, no MW, Did vaugly recall humping the bed in the middle of the night,

In fact, it's indeed conflicting to have sex and try to abstain from an orgasm. I mean, the sex must bring all the pleasure you are craving for, thus having a good sex with an orgasm is not necessarily a bad thing! Especially, if you do it with a person that you really like. Alternatively, you can satisfy yourself by watching porn, but that's something that can ruin fantasies and a good sex life in a long term.
I know that a complete abstinence from sex, porn, edging is hard and difficult. But that is worth trying, too
