i do not think there is a perfect solution for this. we need to keep going.

personally,
i feel there is a realization with each and everytime you fall. as of now i see lot of benefits ABing. i do not think i am ABing. i enjoy the sweet urges that i constantly have being horny. also while ABing , your feelings becomes stronger and i dont get bored on anything i do. njoy the benefits of ABing.. and not like doing penance.

if you have problems with both MB and porn.. try to quit porn first or have it as your priority.. its too dangerous..

had a mild wet dream few days back. so it looks like we need to be more patient and keep busying ourselves, till we get 1 wet dream. once semen comes out the urge reduces a little and that makes us continue ABing normally.
