Thanks Texanguy! I do tend to enjoy this mix of MB and WD. Especially since the mb time usually happens with my bros. It's like a bonding experience more so than just mb alone. And although I don't have the leakage happening during the day anymore, I still tend to feel quite full during the day, so that seems to be a positive change!

Thanks focus! Before my original ab run, I only had a few wd's from my teenage years. It's like my body readjusted during the long ab run and is causing wd's about every 3-4 weeks now. I'm not sure if it will continue that way, but I'll keep you guys posted!
