Hi all. I decided to make my own log where i could post my experiences with wet dreams and masturbation :).

I am wondering why i stopped having wet dreams. I had my last one about 3 years ago. I have been masturbating regularly since i started at 13 and despite my average wanking frequency of about 5-10 times a week during my teen years i still had wet dreams about once a month :obscene-sexualspermblue: . In my 20s my wanking frequency dropped to about 3-7 per week and wet dreams also decreased to about 1 per year :( and by now they seem to have stopped altogether.

Few months ago i abstained for 14 days (my personal record, i was ill) and i was lounging for a wet dream but as i recovered i couldn't stand it anymore and i masturbated. Before that, my record of abstinence was 7 days (few times during my teens and 20s) and all of these ABs ended with masturbation, not a wet dream! However, all my wet dreams have happened after abstinence of just 3-4 days or less! When i was 16 or 17, i had instances of masturbating before going to sleep and yet, i had a wet dreams that SAME nights :obscene-sexualspermblue: :obscene-sexualspermblue: :obscene-sexualspermblue: (after just a few hours of abstinence)!!!

After the hellish 2 weeks of not masturbating, i don't have the desire to go through such a long time of abstinence! My body and brain need regular ejaculations to feel right and i am going crazy if i go more than 3 days without wanking. Still i want to experience wet dreams again from time to time, because it is maybe the feeling closest to sex i can possibly get at the moment :(.

Right now i am not really ready to indulge in abstinence and i am masturbating almost everyday, but maybe at some later point i will go to a quest for a wet dream! I will update you on the state of the affairs ;).

Hi again
It has been 24 hours since i last masturbated. In the past month or so i have pretty much not missed a day and sometimes twice a day :obscene-sexualspermblue:. Day 2 (the morning)

At 5:25 AM i was woken up by a massive erection. It was begging for masturbation, but i watched some pictures on my phone (nothing sexual) and eventually the boner subsided and i drifted back to sleep.

I got up at around 10:00 AM, again with an erection, but not as strong as the earlier one. I put my boxers on and had breakfast. My roommate joked about the tent in my boxers, but no big deal. After the breakfast i went to the bathroom, shaved my pubic hair and armpits, as i usually do, took a shower and put on clean briefs and shorts. 3 full days without masturbating. I was having erections all night and i woke up with one. In the morning my briefs had a notticeable precum spot. Ah man, how you feeling after this morning then??
The erections do get stronger and harder as you continue to AB. I found they can get more frequent also. The pressure buildup can also leave you wanting to touch and some recommend massaging your testicles which can help. A good friend suggested going for a piss as soon as you get up to avoid you wanting to touch. It can help relieve the pressure on your downstairs too.

I had a wet dream last night :D ! It came unexpectedly, yesterday were not any serious indications that i may have one :).

Yesterday evening upon going to bed i had a very strong erection and this morning i woke up with one too, but i didn't masturbate. I had many erections during the day. My testicles feel ok for now.

I started doing Kegel excercises before sleep and sometimes during the day when i feel like it. That often leads to erections and they feel stronger than usual. I don't know if it is because of abstaining or excercises. It has been only 2 days and i already want a wet dream so bad. :roll:

I had a wet dream this morning! :D
