Update Friday morning:

I decided to make it count: I have realized that a withdrawal from porn alone does not make me fully recover from PIED. Everywhere you look for that topic the answer is always the same: A 90 day challenge of NoFap and NoPorn.
In the past, I have tried many many times to stop masturbation but in the end I have failed everytime.

When I made my 105 days I still managed to watch porn every 2 weeks because I had found a way to trick the age restriction on my computer. Now that we solved that issue in August, I honestly have not indulged or edged to porn since then.

But I am still experiencing the effects of PIED which are flatlines, the constant absence of real morning wood and the impossibility to get an erection just by erotic thoughts or pure horniness. I would still have to manually help to get an erection. It then works very well and lasts for a long time which my husband and I both have enjoyed quite a bit since last August. The worst thing are the flatlines, though.

To finally get rid of it, I see no other way but to go the full 90 days of NoFap. Reports from other guys say that around day 50 the morning wood comes back and around day 60 wet dreams kick in.. But only if you consequently avoid to touch yourself no matter what.

In the past, I set my goals rather high and failed. This time I will first try a 30 days challenge. That would be complete on Christmas Eve, Dec 24th.

And because even that goal is still too high at the moment, I will simply try to abstain DAY by DAY. In the morning it will be my goal to be successful just for that single day. Otherwise I won`t make it. I know that.

So it starts today (or 3 days ago actually).


Day: 3/30

NoPorn: 101 days

Last cigarette: 5 days.

Mood: Better. I can feel the energy due to ab is slowly coming back. Gym workout in the afternoon. A quick shower afterwards, no wellness area. No visual stimulus. No showing off.

MW: No.

Horniness: 1/10 - Flatline. My body is in maintenance mode again once more and I hate it. But I know that this is a good sign because without the flatlines there is no recovery.

Boners: No. During the night I could feel a new flatline was coming. And in the morning there it was.

Leaking: No.
