Hey to all of you!

I am a new member here. I have been reading this forum for some time and I have finally decided to make my own log. I don't aim high since it is going to be my first attempt, but I do expect to be persistent enough in order to achieve my goals! Let's start from 10 days without MB.
I had a very good strong ejaculations in the past but I don't feel strong orgasms anymore and I think the reason is excessive masturbation. It is not THAT much excessive, but it has an impact and I am just curious to experience how the life looks when I quit MB'ing. I expect your support guys, and I will do my best.
Today is day 1. I haven't ejaculated today, slept with my underwear, so all is good. I know the things are tend to change in the future, but we need to achieve our goals, right?

Day 2 went pretty well. I had many tasks to do, therefore I didn't feel any urge to MB. I don't expect to get a WD soon, but I am pretty sure it should come eventually. Last time I experienced WD approximately 4 months ago and it took me a while since it happened. To be honest it was very satisfying! Those memories still bring pleasant feelings to me. So far I am pretty determined to reach my goal and I do hope I will succeed!

Today I am on my 3rd day! Feels really good since I had a wonderful day and managed to control myself. I had a good night sleep as well and got out of the bed as quickly as I could, so that I wouldn't start thinking about anything which could lead to MB. Basically, I took my mind off of MB. So far, I am doing well and hope for the best tomorrow...

Day 4.
Well, I am getting close to 7th day which means that one week is going to be finished soon! I have a very optimistic attitude today and I believe I will finish my first week successfully. However, the morning was pretty hard today. I woke up little bit too late, so I had to get ready very fast and therefore I didn’t have time to pay attention on my morning wood. It eventually went down and I was happy about it. I think I go to the right direction. I haven’t touched it at all, I haven’t watched any pornographic material and therefore I feel happy. I must admit that it gets little bit hard to control the situation when I feel a strong urge and temptation but I try to solve this problem by diverting my attention once I feel the incredibly strong desire to MB. At the moment I am feeling great! I am calm and my mind is completely clear.

Keep it going... the first 10 days can be the most challenging because the testosterone levels are increasing, reaching a maximum at about 10 days. Also, you are not doing something each day that you were accustomed to doing. Remember that even an extreme desire to MB and cum will subside with time, usually in just an hour or two.

DAY 5!!
Thank you for your support Slider! I really try. I know that desire sometimes comes unexpectedly and it can easily blow my mind. I agree that even the stronger desire subsides with time, but those hour or two can be crucial… However, no pain, no gain!
Today I have reached my 5th day. Feels really good. I had very pleasant hard-on in the morning and I almost broke all the rules. Almost. However 5 days is not a big achievement so I eventually managed to calm down. I am happy that I stay motivated and that everything is going well so far. It is not easy sometimes, but the cold shower really helps then! I had a good night and I remember that I was dreaming tonight, but I can’t remember what I was dreaming about. Last time when I abstained from MB, I used to have vivid dreams, but that was long time ago and I would be very much pleased to experience it again! And to get a pleasant WD too… Fingers crossed!

DAAAAY 6!!!!!!
A fervent desire to ejaculate hit me yesterday and it was extremely hard to control the situation. It happened in the middle of day and I had been burning inside for a few hours… I didn’t touch anything at all and I guess I am lucky that I didn’t.
Today I am pretty busy so nothing tortures me, but I guess the next few days are likely to be quite challenging. I admit, that it gets harder as I am getting closer to my 10th day, but I would like to experience WD rather than Mbing.

Today is my 7th day. I am doing very well and I am very happy that I managed to abstain from masturbation for a week. I feel great! No urges or desires, just a very pleasant feeling. I think I am going to the right direction and actually. First week is DONE!

Congrats on your first week man! Keep up the great work! Just take it one day, and one week at a time.
Don't forget to set goals, and reward yourself for achieving those goals.

Congrats on starting your second week. Just don't panic when the urges hit... they will pass, and you'll be glad you did not give in. Keep in mind that there is never a NEED to ejaculate, maybe a strong desire, but no physical need.

I am starting my 8th day! I had a pretty dirty mind yesterday and there was an urge to MB as well. It is really getting harder when time passes by and I expect next week to be really challenging!
At the moment I feel quite aroused, sighing a bit and I guess I have to take a cold shower just right away! I can't believe it has recently become hard to control myself after I've finished my first week!
Despite that I really feel fresh and alive! I feel more energy, I am more self-confident and, most importantly, I am glad that I have decided to abstain from MB, since I have already started feeling all the positive things that abstinence brings to me.
The loss to Mb would bring a huge disappointment and therefore I must stay strong! It is hard, but thank you for guys, who support me! We can't give up!!

DAY 9!

Today I am on my 9th day. I am full of energy, happy and determined! Everything is going very well and I expect to successfully hit my 10th day tomorrow!

Hey futureWDmer, to be honest, the urge has just hit me and now I am trying to calm down and just continue my AB period. I don't want to fail, but my mind is just simply going crazy at the moment. It's time for a cold shower, I guess!!!

DAY 10!

I am on my 10th day!! Everything goes very well. I admit I experience many random hard-ons and sometimes I am really really aroused, but it doesn't prevent me from ab. I feel full of energy, as I mentioned before, and I love that feeling!
I know that it may take a while until I experience a WD, but it is worth waiting!! Hopefully I won't fail just right before a WD...

Day 11.

Today I am pretty busy, so there is no time to think about MB. Very good! I was little bit concerned about it, since the urge was really strong. Anyway, I am not going to give up easily! 3 more days and I will start my third week! Hopefully, WD is coming soon as well!
Today I feel refreshed, I have slept very well and woke up after my morning wood was gone. I didn't feel any urges or desires, so just simply got ready for another day. Everything is going very well so far and I am having a positive attitude

Sounds like you are doing great. But urges will come at some point. Having gone through many urges with both success and failure, I would try a few things when the urge hits. First empty your bladder. Eliminates undue pressure on the prostate and seminal vesicles. If the urge comes at a particular time of day each time, remind yourself that this will soon pass. Think of something you will enjoy doing later in the day. That can help take your mind off the immediate issue. Get busy and do something physical and / or mental. Distractions are great ways to get through times of urgency. I have fallen into the trap of thinking that I have AB'd for XX number of days and now I "deserve" to ejaculate. Don't even go there. Good luck... you can do this.

DAY 12
Ohhh I am pretty busy today. I have just found time to drop a line here, and I must admit that I am doing great! It was a pretty tough morning though, but I handled it pretty easily. I think the most challenging thing is the urge, since it hits when I don't expect and then I need to find a quick solution, how to deal with it. Most of the time I am having curly thoughts and I just must find a way to get rid of it, so that everything wouldn't lead to MB. However, no matter how many thoughts I had already, I am still going on this path! I am still on my 12th day! And to be honest, I don't want to give up NOW, since it took some time to achieve it, and it would be little bit disappointing to reset and start from the beginning.
Slider, thank you very much for your support! I see you are doing great as well! And you are actually very right saying about the trap. I had fallen into this many times as well, but I don't want to make this mistake again. I hope for the best! And thanks again for your message!

DAY 13.

I am very close to the finish of my second week. Feels very good. I am more active in the mornings, I am full of energy and more horny than usually! But I am doing great! Tomorrow is my 14th day and I am looking forward to it

DAY 14!!! I am still determined and moving forward!!

DAY 15
In the early morning I was really tempted to Mb, but I was having a plan in advance for how I was going to respond and eventually I managed to calm down. I have just reached my 15 th day, which means that I am abstaining for half of month and now there is no way back. I don't really want to give up now, when there is a probability that a wet dream may occur soon. In the past I used to have a wd after 2 or 3 weeks of abstinence. However, it was long time ago, which means that it might take a little bit more time now. What I've truly noticed is that ABing has given me much more energy. My goal for now is one full month of AB! It might be, that I will come close to slipping up over the next two weeks, but I believe I can hit my 30th day and I hope, that I will really do it!

DAY 16.

I am happy being able to notify, that I am on my 16th day! I admit, I had a tough day yesterday, since I experienced an urge to mb, and it was extremely hard to resist... When I was about to lose control, I just simply took a shower and it helped.

I am doing very well. Basically I ignore all the urges, and just going further. Time goes by pretty fast, and I am on my 17th day already!

Hey buddy, congrats on your progress so far, it's amazing what will power can do, even after years of being used to doing something daily. We started this Ab round at the same time, more or less, and for me it feels great. It's mostly just the question of keeping busy and staying away from your computer when bored

Thank you very much for your support rzl! You are absolutely right, saying that it feels amazing. Sometimes it is a very good thing to change our daily habits, and that is what I am trying to do. I do enjoy the benefits, that Ab brings to me, including increased level of confidence, contentment as well as self-esteem, more energy and drive and I believe better immunity. I also develop a virtue of patience quite naturally. So, it was really worth to start going on this path

DAY 18

I am still focused on my goal. I am doing very well, ignoring all the urges and trying to keep myself busy.

DAY 19

I am completely satisfied as long as I am not horny. Sometimes it might get extremely hard to continue ABing due to secret desires, which are locked in my mind
Anyway, I am doing fine. I have really started to have more vivid dreams, but I can't remember most of them in the morning... I hope I will get one pleasant dream soon...
