Only a few seconds, I got more than this on Monday night. Non this morning but woke up again with a raging hard on just before 3am. Which is a little over a couple of hours from when I to sleep.

So far that makes day 3 and day 7 on the pre-cum stage for me. Still not MB days easy (for now), I keep busy.

The buzzing this morning when I woke up was real bad in oh so good a way, loved the sensation, loved the feeling, it all came flooding back to me. Was oh so close to a WD, I remember waking up or having that feeling from my first round of WDs in the past.

I want more of that so I pledge that I will continue ABing until I reach WD and the endless pre-cum stage as my norm rather than the MB.

Keep up the good work guys and hang on in there, you all can make it you just got to be firm (but hands off). It's all about determination.

There will be slip ups get over it and get back on the no MBing, try not to slip back into the old ways and stay focussed on that buzzing you get when you AB. The end results are more important given that the Buzzing is a permanent and norm state was as MBing is just a few seconds to be right back where you started.

It's 40 years since I had that feeling and the desire to maintain the buzzing feeling is stronger than the feeling to MB. I want WD and permanent pre-cum as my base not MBing.

Hi Zac Interesting story I read it or most of it. You got to remember that pre-cumming is the prelude to the storm known as a WD.

If after pre-cumming you end with a WD the Pre-cum is drowned by the storm. So you probably do have them but you keep drowning them out. You lucky so and so.....
