Can I ask if you find this all a roller coaster? I am about seven weeks into my AB. Sorry guys I've been away a long while from here. Been a lot going on family wise and personally. Back but not sure how often. To answer the immediate question: yes a rollercoaster would be accurate in describing the libido fluctuations for most men. Honestly I used to control them previously by MBing.
