Hi all

Hey guys!

I gave up on my challenge last year...but I've been trying my best to abstain for a while now. I haven't really kept track or anything, but it's been hard

Well, last night and 2 weeks ago I had my first wet dreams since I was younger.

Both dreams have a common cause: they happen when I'm stressed out with college + if I get (slightly and unintentionally) aroused in the evening right before bed.

Anyway, I love the effects of abstaining so I will continue to do so into the future until I find a partner.

Thanks for the awesome forum and advice guys!

That's a pretty strong statement, but I think the best way to enter and stay in full WD mode is to see AB and its effects to be superior to MB and its effects to the point where MB seems boring, negative, and a waste of time and energy.
