I decided after reading from this forum for a long time to begin my own attempt... I had tried AB'ing before but always failed by day 2 or 3. I hope that by maintaining this log I will be able to keep up my attempt for longer. Always felt guilt after MB yet have always been addicted to it, Here goes nothing with day 1...

Day 2,

Thanks sakerr it's so cool to have your support so quickly.

On second day of AB now and just finished first day back at sixth form. Had a bath before writing this and was very tempted to MB but managed to resist. Got lots of mock exams coming up which I'm hoping will keep my mind of MB... Gonna do some revision now; partly cause I need to partly cause I really wanna MB and need to keep my mind off it. As said before this is as far as I ever really got before and never managed to pass three days so I'm determined to beat that at the very least but preferably do much better.

Have people really gone a full year without MB.. that seems a bit insane but then I've never had a WD before so...

Day 3,

Iv'e had a long and hard day today trying to cram in revision for A-level mocks next week. Didn't have a moment to think at sixth form but now that I'm at home I suddenly have free time on my hands and the only thing I can think about right now is MB'ing. I'm really feeling the pressure to just do it but I'm also determined not to as I don't want to fail this early on. I'm gonna try to keep myself as distracted as possible as I hear that is the best thing to do so I'm going to try watching a film/playing games/reading books and stuff.

Also does anyone know if it matters what your sleeping in or does it make no real difference?
