Last night was real tough, I woke up with alot of precum, and feeling really horny, it took me two hours to get back to sleep, but I resisted my urges so that was good :)

Day 11, I felt alot more in control, I was horny but not as bad as yesterday, and I got a good nights sleep too :)

Day 13 wasnt particularly hard or eventful.

Had a nightmare on day 14 and 15, probably due to huge stress at work, slight lucid dreaming stopped the one on day 15 though. other than that not much else, other then feeling horny steadily. Its easier to not touch myself at this point, kind of getting used to it, It'll be exciting to see how far I can go :)
