So I've started ABing and found this forum online. I thought it would be good hearing some other stories or viewpoints. I have a girlfriend and I wanted to focus my attention on her and away from PMO. I have a long history of MBing since I was 12 or so. I have a pretty good streak for AB right now. I'm currently on day 50 or so. In that time I have only had sex twice with my gf. We live far apart which makes it difficult. Just wanted to track my progress and here any tips for ABing. Also I haven't had a WD yet. Wondering if that's normal. I've been really horny some nights. And even had a dream where I was ejaculating but woke up with no cum in my underwear.

So today will be day 49 of AB for me. I originally started with the PMO in mind but have slipped up on that the last few days. I think I was very close to a WD last night. It almost felt like a lucid dream. All I can really remember is that I was getting a blowjob for what seemed like only a few seconds and suddenly had the feeling that I was going to orgasm. It sounds like you are making progress. You keep getting closer to a WD, and soon you will cross the threshold. I think the best way to succeed is to simply eliminate MB as an option. Stick with sex and WDs as your only outlets.

Thanks for the responses! Just passed day 60 MB free. Past few days have been really rough. Been very horny pretty much all day. No sexual dreams the past few nights at least none that I can remember. I've been tryin different methods of sleeping wondering if that would help with a WD? i.e. Naked boxers boxer briefs. Is there one that works best? Should I keep switching it up or stick with one? Appreciate any feedback.

Some guys say that sleeping nude helps them get WDs, and we have seen several guys 'naturally' start sleeping nude and enjoying it while on their successful journeys to WDs. Guys who don't normally sleep nude might find that it tempts them to MB too much while trying for a WD, but after ABing for a while that temptation reduces.
