So this is going to be my first post here as new member. I look forward to having another WD as, the last one I had was following my vasectomy. It was my body's way of okay to start activities again. This is going to be a challenge! Since I have a job which requires me to travel and be away from my wife for days at time which makes things both hard in more than one way. Day 2

This is morning of day two, and holy balls did I wake up with some morning wood. I have not had such hard, throbbing rod like that for a long time. It didn't help that when woke up with this piece of steel, that I also had to take a morning wiz really bad too. Bad timing, as the hard steel made it difficult to urinate, you know the push it down, and lean forward so you can hit the toilet!!! Day 6

Wow, I can't believe it has been 6 days already. Still ABing and NO MBing! I guess I never knew how much I would "play" with my package until I started ABing. I have really wanted to reach down on more than one instance, but I caught myself before I did. I have had a couple of random erections during the day here and there, and only leaked a little here and there as well. I was able to have an intimate moment with my wife, but was able to have an dry orgasm. I was very tempted to keep going and let go, but I managed to stay strong.

The distraction of work has been a big help, but also hurt my progress. I have been stressed out and so wiped out that I able to essentially get back to the hotel and sleep. The downside to this, is I think I am so tired, my body is focusing on repairs and the sleep itself at I am not dreaming or getting anywhere close to WD.

Starting with Day 2

This is no easy task to train the mind to use the WD function, when the last 20 years it has been giving signals to MB when needed. Being in the hotel is what makes things really hard to not MB. I think boredom with few things to do other than wait for the next call is the major reason I caved into MBing a couple days ago. Still not happy about it, but it did feel so good. Between the feeling or desire to have a release and nothing but time to kill is a bad combination.

The cool thing to report from last night was that I actually had a somewhat vivid dream. I was able to dream! Now, I don't know if I was able to dream since I'm getting back on a regular sleep schedule or if I just remember this one. Historically I feel like I do not dream on a regular basis or I just do not remember them. I'm talking like, I cannot even remember when my last dream was. I use a UP band so I know I am getting deep sleep throughout my sleep time(s).

Yesterday went by super fast. I didnt have any time again to even think about MBing. Well...once again this is a lot more difficult than expected. I'm not sure how to make this work. I have to reset my counter, I have fallen off the wagon, and tumbled down the road for what seems like miles.

Well happy to report that it has now been over a week since last orgasm from intercourse. The opportunity for intimacy with my wife has been very limited, so this has made it a little easier to not ejaculate. I'm also making progress in regards to MB'ing too, while I have had opportunities to MB, I've held the desire in check. What I have noticed in the last two days is a slight discomfort in my groin following a period of arousal. I contribute this very slight discomfort to my vasectomy. I think it is easier to get blue balls since the passage is blocked from the procedure. I'm hoping this is a fullness and making progress to a WD.

When you least expect it, that's when it happened. I had a WD on Sunday the 23rd at 4:30ish in the morning. I was taken by surprise but can tell you it was a true WD.

It's been awhile since I posted so I figured it was time for an update. I haven't MBd since Nov 9th so very happy about that. I've taken a little bit of a different approach to seeking the WD. If it happens it happens, but I'm going to maintain a healthy sexual relationship with my wife. So far this seemed to work, details in last post.

I think I'm breaking the mental crutch of the "need" to MB. It seems to be easier now that I've stopped. I'll keep everyone informed about the quest for the best WD'S.

Merry Christmas to me I guess, I'm stuck working away from the family. Feeling frustrated and very bored I decided to MB. It felt good to have a release, but it also ended my streak. Nov 9th to Dec 25th not to shabby for breaking the cycle. Have to see how long I can go this round.
