I started this AB journey to fully train myself with control in my desire. I AB because I found I was overindulged in porn.

I stubbled on this forum and found out that a person would have WDs if he didn't MB for a period.

I started fapping with PMO at early age and Only got 4 times of WDs in my life. The WDs is so vivid and more like an escape for me to really have sex. ( I am a pathetic 30 year old Virgin still. )

I am now on day 33. So far, the previous days are the most difficult day.

Recently, I woke up at mid night very often and sometimes can't fall asleep again. It's like an inner fire is burning me keeping me awake. Sometimes, I am considering to fap again but I know I can't or else I might not be able to get rid of PMO and will not get my long-yearned WD.

About one week ago, unlike normal days, I slept with a tight short pants on and fall asleep very early. I kinda have a DRY dream. I was doing it with 2 hotties. Originally, I think I am gonna have the WD. However, I woke with the urge to pee. I just found out there's nothing left on my undies. (NO pcs, No semans.)

I wish I can have WDs very soon.

For the past few days, I think I am experiencing some sort of flatlines, which upsets me somehow. On the one hand, I think I am gonna be healed from PMO, but on the other hand, I am becoming a lil easy to get angry.

It's tough but I will keep fighting with it. I want to have real WDs.

Today, I relapsed. I felt so bad for myself.

Being ill for a few weeks and got a small fever today and I lost control. (This may not be an excuse for me to forgive myself though.)

Though telling myself not to watch porns, I surfed on youtube and found a sex education video about sex position with two real people doing it. It led me to be so aroused and then finally the fire is unstoppable and I went to watch a bareback video. Then follows by the shower and ......

It is so not worth it. After doing it, I feel so sorry for myself. (Though happy and surprised about the great amount of it.)

35 days is my first streak but I think I can do better.



I want to beat it and want to live a porn-free life. Nothing can change my determination next time.

Thanks for the encouraging words. I felt somewhat relieved. For the past few days, it starts very well. Though sometimes I still feel the urge to jerk out, I keep telling myself that a greater prize will shortly come afterwards if I hold on long enough.

Today, it's been 7 days so far. Feeling like the precum comes few times a day and sometimes when there's morning wood, I feel a little blue ball. The feeling of fullness in my ball. It's day eight now. Last night, I was awaken by the strong boner and urges.

(I was wondering whether this comes because I did some swimming last night. Swimming makes me more energetic afterwards.)

I recommend focusing on day rather than night. Stay active during day and exercise. I sleep like a rock after a long/active day..... reminds me of quote:

Out of kidney disease recently, I stayed at home most of the time. I might take a nap in daytime too.
Few days ago, I start to go swimming every night.
My did make some progress in my swimming strokes. (Freestyle, back stroke, Butterfly)
The insomnia seems to fade out recently.

Will start hunting for jobs soon. Need some good luck.

Today's the 10th day of 3rd streak and I am doing great.
For the past ten days, I still feel very strong urges and desire to MB.
Edged a lil bit but I didn't MB. Trying very diligently to refrain from porn.
(I keep telling myself there's gonna be a prize soon. Don't give up.)

Will stay strong and stay clean.

Recently, it's Chinese Moon Festival holidays here in Taiwan and we are celebrating it with B.B.Q, it's a tradition to have B.B.Q nowadays. (We ate a lot Moon Cake too. )

For the past few days, I am doing really awesome in refraining from Porn and the urges seems way cool down a lil bit.

My lack of sleep is also improving now. There are not as many strong urges (which led to rock-hard erection and awaken me).
Maybe by swimming a lot, the urges and energy is somehow consumed. So insomnia seems fading out. I did not need to do air-humping any more.

Currently, I am now on Day 15 of 3rd streak and I think I can endure longer than my 1st streak.
I don't know whether I have reached the flatline yet. (Still some random boners in day time but morning wood seems decreasing.) Just realize that I diverted my attention from porn/sexual stuff into something productive. (Programming, visual design, music instrument)
