Today is the 3rd day of my next attempts, Ab, and I hope that I can achieve the result this time.
I thought a lot on my motivation, and realized that the best motivation is to learn to achieve my goals in all. Well, or to do everything possible in order to get closer to my goals.
I would just be honest with himself. And I know that a lot can be achieved if the minuses to turn into advantages, and weaknesses in force.

Day 4 AB.

Yesterday I got a lot of emotional experiences, and in the evening I was very Horny. Because of this, I long could not fall asleep, but desires MB and was not, because there is a strong motivation. Before bed I also used the video for lucid dreams.

Day 10
