Quick update. I had to pee this morning but at the urinal I could go because I felt a little "blocked". I breathed and relaxed and a few blobs of cum came out. It's the end of the day and wow, it has been an experience. I had that feeling that I was going to pass prostrate fluid after I peed but the last few time it wouldn't come out and just felt like it was backing up. I finally got relief at the end of the work day and left to workout. When I got to the parking lot of the gym, I got out and felt a little wet. I looked down and I had a small wet spot on the front of my pants. I was able to confirm once I changed, it was pre-cum. I have never leaked that much and I was surprised how much had stained the inside of my boxers. I hope I'm not the only person who is amazed by all this.

Day 22

No WD last night. I did get some relief. I had that urge again after I peed and shot some fluid out. I'm sure it was prostate fluid. I felt much better afterwards. A WD release would be great right now. I have had multiple erections this morning. I just sit back and enjoy them at this point. My balls have that full feeling and look and fell much larger. I am really uncomfortable if my legs are too close together when I sit down. When at home, I am preferring to go commando so things can be free and I don't have to worry about pre-cum wet spots.

The body shyness has decreased more in the past week. I now sleep with the cover at my waist instead of up at my shoulders and I leave the shirt at home when going for a run. I have noticed more strength at gym. I have definitely grown more black coarse hair on my chest between my pecs. That type of hair wasn't there before starting AB. I have also noticed the hair is becoming darker and thicker in the arm pits and there is new growth. I was sure it was starting after day 9 but at day 21 it is more noticeable.

I am going to keep studying myself for any other noticeable changes.

That is all interesting. You are noticing definite physical and psychological changes.

I find the decrease in body shyness (and therefore increased body enjoyment) interesting because it supports the theory that body shyness is indeed related to MB. It is interesting that even while starting to sleep nude you felt a 'need' to cover up to your shoulders, but that now that is also going away.

It would seem that the more changes a guy observes, the more unthinkable it becomes to reverse them by going back to MB.

I was in a little discomfort today. My prostate must have been enlarged. I have a dull ache in my pelvis right under my stomach and and as good of a pee steam but by the late morning I had a very small SE into the urinal after I peed. I know it was semen because it was thick, white and sticky. It stuck to the side of the urinal. I had to get a paper towel to get it out so no one would see it since it wouldn't flush. I had an immediate relief in my side and I could pee normally. It is amazing that your body knows exactly what you need.

On a side note, I am positive my balls are bigger since starting AB. I thought they only got this big from being too warm in the summer. I have missed out on a few things from MB.

Day 23

No WD last night. I slept well last night. I believe I will be sleeping nude from now on even in the winter. I just feels more natural than having clothes twisting up all night. I have gotten pasted being worried about releasing a load all over the sheets whenever I have a WD. I will give an update on how the day goes.

I haven't yet had my WD either! I sleep nude too. I think that (at least for now) WD's are so rare that putting on underwear "just in case" seems quite pointless.

Day 24

No WD last night. I woke up with morning wood and decent amount of pre-cum leaking. I doesn't bother me that it gets on the sheets now that i sleep nude. The sheets can be washed. I feel good and have energy this morning but since I don't have to be anywhere, I may take a morning nap. I will update if anything happens.

Day 25

No WD last night. I had a strange dream. I was in a house shirtless and with my pants undone. For some reason I got to a bedroom door and started opening and closing it quickly. Then all of a sudden the door wouldn't open like something was holding the knob on the other side. I kept pulling but the door wouldn't open. I woke up with a throbbing erection and about a minute later I started having contractions but nothing came out. I just laid there enjoying the sensations. This went on for about 10 mins. When the contractions stopped I could feel my tip was wet. I got up and wiped it off. It was just pre-cum. I then put on a pair of shorts and took the dog out. I am about to go back to bed and sleep in this morning. I will give an update at the end of the day.

Nothing happened all day yesterday. I did have a great run and workout.

Day 26

No WD last night. I didn't sleep very well. I also had an SE. I was turning over and all of a sudden I got the feeling in my penis like I do right after I pee but I knew it wasn't and I couldn't hold it so I let it go. Instead of prostate fluid it was semen. I couldn't believe I had another SE and on my sheets. It was just a small amount. Since I wasn't at work, I could enjoy the sensation this time. It wasn't intense but still felt good. I got really hard erection right afterwards that pulsed and didn't go down for 10 mins. Yet another enjoyable time last night. This shouldn't put me back too much for a WD. The SE was small and I am sure I have a big load stored up for a WD.

I think this might mean that you are getting closer to a WD. The first SE was induced by urination, and this one was virtually spontaneous. Hopefully next time it will be from an erotic dream and much more intense.

I think guys can reach the point where MB is pointless and actually a turn off, and where giving up the enjoyable effects of AB makes no sense.

Day 27

I had a small WD! I don't remember the dream but I do remember a slight burning sensation in my tip and I thought something came out. I turned on the light and there was the wet spot.

I need to explain further now that the excitement of having a WD and the rush to document has died down. All I remember about the dream is that I was at the gym. I don't remember what lead to the burning feeling in my tip in the dream. I woke up with an erection and felt like I needed to pee. I used the restroom and thought about the burning feeling and remembered I had a similar feeling the last time I had a WD about 10-15 years ago. I turned on the lights and there were the wet spots. I was on my side and had the pillow close to my penis so it got a little on it too.

I am hoping that I will have a better one next time. One that leads to more being released.

Congratulations on your WD! It is not unusual for the WDs to grow in intensity and frequency over time, so stick with it.

You seem to have embraced a non-MB lifestyle pretty thoroughly, and seem excited to move forward to your next WD without mentioning any desire to MB. So do you have any desire to MB, or do you kind of feel that you have moved beyond it? If you no longer see MB as an option, do you think that might be helping you get WDs?

I think the desire is still there but it is not as intense as it was at the beginning of my AB journey. I feel I am moving beyond MB. In my case it has helped that I didn't give myself the option to MB. I am only giving the option of a WD or sex. Since I don't have a gf right now, WD was the option. Of course the body can throw a curve and give an SE. I also think you have to not dwell on when it will happen and not worry about making a mess or getting up to clean up.

Day 28

It is now 4 weeks since I last MB! No WD last night but didn't expect one since I had the small WD Sunday night. I have been horny this morning but have had no problem keeping my hands off the equipment. I have just enjoyed the erections this morning. I don't have to worry about anyone seeing me proudly displaying my tent as I fix breakfast. I am hoping another WD is not to far away.

I just pull on a pair of shorts I keep on the nightstand when I get out of bed in the morning. I really don't have to. I have never walked around nude in the morning fixing breakfast and watching TV until I got dressed for work. Of course until about a week and a half ago I didn't sleep nude.

Day 29

No WD last night. My tip has been very sensitive. I have had to be careful that it doesn't rub against the sheets too much because I don't want to ejaculate from sheet stimulation. Other than the sensitivity, I feel good and have energy.

Day 30

I have made it 30 days with no MB! I have been sleeping nude for almost two weeks. No WD last night. I really didn't expect one because I couldn't sleep well last night. I think I pulled a muscle in my shoulder/neck so I was in pain most of last night. My original goal was 30 days of no MB but I am extending that out another 30 days. I hope to have another WD soon so I can experience a full release.

On a different note but related to AB. In a previous post I wrote that I had noticed more body hair growth. I noticed this is still the case. For some reason I had very little hair on my inner thighs now hair is growing in there. Also, the area below my navel has hair and it becoming thick and I see more starting to growing above the navel. In a few months I may have a good trail growing. The hair between my pecs is becoming noticeable. During the next 30 days I will post if this continues or stops.

The changes in body hair are interesting, and at your age of 37 can hardly be due to anything but increases in testosterone or related hormones. They are in all probability related to AB, especially since many other guys describe similar changes when they AB.

You seem to be enjoying the effects of AB and finding it easier and easier to move beyond MB. After another 30 days you may not want to go back to regular MB and its effects, especially if you start getting some good WDs.

If you look at 'nofap' topics and websites, a lot of guys fail on the typical '90 day no fap challenge', and often try again. But some guys succeed in reaching 90 days, and of those who do, a lot of them continue longer or simply never plan to go back to MB.

Day 31

No WD last night. The past couple of days I have felt more "level". I didn't have as many erections and I haven't had fluid releasing after I peed until last night. I had a little shoot out after I peed. After my shower I got into bed and a great erection. My penis was contracting. Each contraction made my tip have a dull ache. After each contraction it was throbbing. These types of erections feel fantastic and make AB worth continuing. The erection quality would decrease from MB. I am also feeling full again. From the fluid release, erection and fullness, I may be heading toward some type of WD this weekend.

When you think about it, it's kind of logical that nature would make it feel better not to MB. So it shouldn't be too surprising that sexuality can be better expressed and enjoyed by not wasting it in MB.

WDs might very well be part of nature's reward for saving it. It would also explain why WDs can feel much better than MB, and why MB is normally followed by negative 'letdown' feelings while WDs typically aren't.
