Before starting AB, I would MB one to two times a day all week long unless I couldn't for one reason or another. So I'm not ejaculating more now then when I was MB but catching up at this point. The ejaculations are better than with MB.

The amount of semen is much greater than with MB. I don't think a week's worth of MB would equal the volume from the past three days.

MB is a less interesting option because I feel there is a complete release that I never got with MB.

The physical and psychological changes I experienced while AB is still there even with all these ejaculations. In fact I believe more so than before.

It seems like you are lucky to have made an easy transition from MBer to the way guys would naturally be if they had never started to MB in the first place, which most people have trouble doing after years of MB.

I think the differences you described are probably all interconnected. Less semen from MB naturally feels less complete. Somehow, the body must recognize that MB is taking place. It cuts it short and creates a letdown afterwards, which apparently results in an incomplete ejaculation and a reduction of male hormones.

A proper release feels better than MB, results in a larger ejaculation, and has only positive aftereffects.

Day 15

No WD or SE last night. I woke up a couple of times last night with a flexing, throbbing erection. When the alarm went off I had morning wood. It all felt great and no urge to MB. I'll start counting from today to see how long it will be before my next SE or WD.

Day 16

No WD or SE last night. I did have an SE this afternoon. I felt it coming up the tube but couldn't make it to the toilet. I'm just glad I was at home this time.

WOW, that's quite a load. That's really lucky that you are having it at home.
If you were having it in the office like some people, you might feel extremely helpless and not knowing where to hide. LOL.

This one was different from my first one. Lately I have been feeling the buildup at the base of my penis like I could go to the point of no return but then it subsides. I get that feeling a few times over the course of the day. It has been a sign that I will usually have a WD or SE that night (I say SE because I usually wake then ejaculate instead of being asleep). That feeling started yesterday but went from base to tip real fast. I was holding it back but I think running to the bathroom made me lose it.

Day 17

No WD last night. Of course I really shouldn't have expected one since I had an SE yesterday afternoon. I hope an SE during the day doesn't happen again anytime soon. I would rather save that for a WD. I did wake up with morning wood again. I hope is going to be a regular event. I had always heard jokes about it but I don't remember experiencing too much when MB.

Day 18

No WD or SE last night. I went to bed and went to sleep with a flexing erection. I woke up to pee, got back in bed and had another flexing erection. I woke up this morning and had morning wood again. I may be back on track for a WD or SE for Wednesday or Thursday. Last time I speculated, I had one that night so I'll just have to see what happens though out the day and tonight.

Day 19

No WD or SE last night. It was too warm last night and I kept waking up and only dozed off a few times. I had a few erections last night but not one that was intense. I still think it may be a couple more days before another WD or SE will occur.

Day 20

No WD or SE last night. Slept fairly well but not my usual deep sleep. I had some semen to discharge after peed yesterday. When this starts it usually means an emission is not to far away.

Day 21

No WD last night. I woke up a few times last night and had very hard erections. It is now five days since my last SE. It's just wait and see at this point.

Day 22 & 23

No WD or SE for the past two nights. I had some pre to leak this morning from an erection that lasted a good 5 mins. I am surprised I haven't had a WD or SE yet. I have had semen shot out after peeing this week and my balls look full and hang low which usually indicates that a WD or SE will happen soon. My sleep has been better for the past couple of so maybe I needed some much needed rest before having one. I definitely do not have the urge to MB I just have the need for a release.

I think that is the ideal. The more people look into it, the more it seems that MB is an inferior habit with negative consequences. A steady diet of WDs and SEs as an outlet is simply better and more natural.

Day 24 - Sunday

I has a small SE Sunday morning. This one was a little different. I had got an erection, build up and then ejaculation. It was one of the best SEs I have gotten since starting this journey. No pictures because there wasn't a lot of semen. I just rolled over and went back to sleep.

Day 25 - Monday

No WD or SE that night. I had the feeling of needing to pee after zipping up but is was semen. No issues through the day.

Day 26 - Tuesday

No WD or SE that night. I had semen after peeing again. It only happens once during the day. This time had a slight ache in my balls. It went away after about 30 mins. No other issues through the day.

Day 27 - Wednesday

No WD or SE last night. I had an awesome erection and horny this morning but nothing I couldn't handle. Semen again after peeing this afternoon. No aching in the balls this time. I hope a WD or SE is soon.

Day 28 & 29

No WD or SE. I can't believe another one hasn't happened again. I have been under some stress the past week and a half so that may have something to do with lack of WDs and SEs. I have felt really good with lots of energy. Tomorrow is a full thirty days. I plan on breaking my last record of 37 days.

Keep it up man don't harp on the fact that things are not going like they have in the past. Stay strong and don't stop. Break that record man

Day 30

No WD or SE last night. I am at day 30! I woke up with morning wood which is always a good thing. Nothing else to log except to say I am still on track and intend to make it to day 40 beating my old record by 3 days. After that I will set a new goal.

Day 33

Still going strong. No WD or SE for the past three nights. I feel great and full of energy. If anything happens, I will update.

Lucky day 34! WD tonight! I do remember the dream this time and it is disappointing because it was about MB. I was MBing and thinking how bad I wanted to ejaculate. In the dream I did and I did in reality. I woke up and thought nothing had happened until I felt the dampness with my hand. I jump out of bed turned on the light and saw that sure enough I had a WD. It was a pleasant surprise.

Congratulations! I think a good WD stimulates more semen production, whereas MB inhibits it, which explains why is it possible to have daily high semen volume WDs and/or SEs. Good luck in getting back into that mode!

The more research and observations we make about it (including a lot in kingpoopa's log, even though he seems to have left this site), the more it seems like MB is an inferior and unnatural outlet with negative physical, hormonal, and psychological consequences. I think the vast majority of guys who get beyond MB agree: Sexuality is better experienced, expressed, and enjoyed when out of the masturbation habit, and the orgasms from WDs are far better, more intense, more enjoyable, and more complete than anything MB can ever be.

Did it feel better than a normal masturbation session? Hopefully if you continue to abstain, you'll get more wet dreams about something other than masturbation.
