Had WD this morning around 7am-8am. It was so intense until I was awaken by some nuisance. Surprised and glad that I still remember my dream !

PS : the "horny effect" is still going on even after Im awake .. curious..

To be honest, as far as I can rmbr, I never had the experience of ejaculation during sleep. Almost all sexual dreams I had were being disturbed especially when I was edging.

The one I had recently was a surprise. I slept at 11pm and was awaken at around 5:30am, still lying on bed reading facebook posts with ipad. Nothing sexual in mind, I wasn't horny at all, just a few seconds of erotic thoughts after scratching my groin area. Was reading until I slowly fall asleep. Thats when I had my dream. I rmbr I felt very comfortable with my bed, the lighting in my room was just nice, temperature was fine, whole body relax.

The moment my dream started, I knew I am dreaming. I felt seriously good and taking control with the actions and positions I wanted. Very quickly, I had the urge to let "it" out, it felt so good that I thought I was masturbating. I opened my eyes to check if I was touching myself but in fact, my hands were holding my bolster. I then closed my eyes and surprisingly, the dream continues until I was almost there, some nuisance woke me up.

Ps : Dont ask me how I was able to continue with the dream coz I have no idea :lol:

Hi Zac,

The WD I had was just 2 days of AB. My guess is to really relax and feel good while you sleep. Over expecting of one most probably would only lead to disappointment due to the stress and frustration ; Enjoy life and take WD as a bonus. :dance:

P/S: Im not suggesting to give up on AB ; I find sex and "not masturbating" are both good for health. Haha
