Hey everyone. Im new here, but I love the support. I have been MB since I was 14 and I have decided to stop. It started to interfere with my life. Since I cant find the counter option. Il just post the details here. My last MB was 1/13/14. My record for AB is 15 days. I have yet to have a wet dream during this period of AB, and the arousal is almost constant. My dreams have recently become more vivid which is new. I am also finally gettijg morning wood again. Any advice you guys could offer on how to deal with the increased arousal would be great. I hope I get a WD soon. Or else I feel like I might explode. I will try and update as often as I can. Thank you.

Tips to maintain AB, well they are the normal you can guess:
- no porn
- no edging
- no too much touch in the penis
- try to avoid intentional sexual thoughts
- exercise is good to relieve sexual tension
- and anything you might think that helps you avoid mb. For me, i like to listen music and read or wite, it helps me a bit.

You mentioned your ab record, which means this isn't your first time trying to quit?

I've never been in your situation, so I don't know if this helps, but mb is just a quick physical thing that feels good. It's like eating a good dessert or getting a back rub. It's only a little bit of casual fun. Remember it's only some fun, and there are a lot of other ways to have fun that won't interfere with your life. If you have a lot of downtime it might be a good time to start that hobby you've always wanted to do.

I don't know from personal experience, but from reading other people's logs, immediately after having a wd people are still very horny, but the next day is easier overall. Some people don't get a release in the same way that they would if they had jacked off. So I think what happened is normal.

Yeah thanks. Sorry I have been real busy with school it is now day 15. Haven't had another wet dream yet. But I get Horner everyday. I started a not touch thing yesterday, but I am no longer waking up with morning wood. Any idea what may be causing this? No I don't smoke or drink. Is it normal to not wake up with ME every day, only sometimes?

But if you normally have morning wood, I would think that it would be even stronger now, during ab? I don't know if it means anything.
