Day 14 today has been interesting. I got out of the shower and did a two strokes of my cock then dididnt touch it again. Day 15: Not much to report today I'm still going though its pretty easy for me to control my body that way. I think meditation has given me a deeper level of control over my body. Day 26. Its hasn't really been getting any harder lately. Although a part of me misses masturbation, I feel great about giving it up. I'm rewarded with pre cum, increased sex drive and overall feeling of mental wellness. Its been a really interesting experience and I feel like I've stopped masturbating instead of abstaining from it. Recently I've gotten more pre cum and erections are set off more easily.
