My goal is: 31. January.
My rules are: no sex, no masturbation/edging/touching, no porn, no alcohol, no cigarettes, no drugs

Had my last orgasm on 27. December at about 3:00 AM, but I didn't follow the other rules until 1. January, about 2:00 AM. So I'm at the end of day 10/6 now. I'm trying to not even touch my penis in the shower, just let some water and shower gel run over it. Since I'm cut, this might work -- no smell or visible smegma so far...

In the shower i'm facing similar difficulties. I'm uncut, so cannot avoid touching my penis. But with strong will it has become much easier. I would prefer clean it up erect, and sometimes it would lead to a quick shower mb. This days, i've managed to clean it up soft and also is helpful avoid sexual thoughts during that time! Thas has helped me in this first attempt to AB. And is being worth it, as i feel so much better! I've experience things i never felt during mb and that feels so good! I'm focusing on that to help me keeping my hands of the merchandise

Congrats! I'm trying to AB as well in Jan as it's usually a very quiet and cold month. Ill try to do it until the end of the month. According to me, What i find difficult is not really watching porn or MB but it's more about dealing with fullness. Ill try to beat my best record which is 23 days.

Thanks! Actually abstaining from alcohol, cigarettes and other substances is far more easy for me than abstaining from sex/masturbation. It was always recreational use and I've never been addicted one of them. I had already given up smoking entirely for one and a half years, just did it ocassionaly for the last year.

Today I woke up from a wet dream! The dream was quite bizarre. I was helping the mother of a friend with something (can't remember what exactly).
