Yes, a lot of us are trying to AB. Yes, most of those that are trying to AB fail - generally by MB'ing.
The point I was trying to make, was that we all MB, and we all know what happens while we are MB'ing. Although what happens during MB may be a little different from person to person, it is basically the same - we and up ejaculating. I just thought the graphic descriptions in the posts were a bit excessive. Graphic descriptions of the WD and its dream are acceptable as this is the Wet Dream Forum.

Day 2 here and something interesting happen this night. Aside boners that woke me up during the night, for two times i experience near ejaculation feelings! Ever happen to you? I don't remember if i was dreaming in any occasion, but woke two time rock hard and with the impression i was about to cum, but i didn't in either of times! Ever happen to you?

Also have a question. While AB do you guys notice any increase in the smell of your urine? Not sure if there's a correlation but i'm feeling that while i AB my urine stinks a lot more, and i drink plenty of water (about 1 - 1,5 litres a day, now is winter so not as much in summer when i drink 3 - 4 litres of water). I have notice that when i mb, apparently the smell decreases a bit! I believe it has to do with the increase of testosterone in the system and the release of it among pheromones (yah, pretty much like the animals telling they are ready for matting). What do you guys think or have experience?

Hope all you are well. I am. Not for a special reason, i'm just ok, which is very nice to be.
I'm becoming part of the furniture of the WDF... ok not that much, but just noticed that i'm here about 1 month! It's already that much time and i'm so proud of my decision to come to the forum and seek help to AB from mb and get back my WD and also some control over my life. Also, have gain some good friends which makes the experience even better and that makes me so happy!
This has been a tortuous ride and not easy quest to AB since the urges to mb are so big! But i'm surviving. I'm not being the best example regarding AB the past days and as repetitive as it might sound, i'm back to day 1. It's been very hard to keep my hands from my penis and also from porn. I'm trying, i'm trying, but failing. Have learned a lot on my AB days and also when i break my AB. All that is good. Only the bad feelings after mb are not great and i want to focus on them as a helper to keep me from mb.
After this month being in the forum i gonna make some resolutions, beginning this day. From now on i do want to stop PMO at all. I don't want more mb, more edge, more porn and more ejaculations and orgasm induced by myself. I wanna get my body "clean" of all that and i want to AB until i find the right person to marry and enjoy healthy sexual intimacy! I want to be free of the bad habit that mb is and also want to get rid my mind off from porn images and stimuli. I had these resolutions prior joining the forum. I had them prior this first month. I have them for a long time. Haven't been able to accomplish them, but that time is over. I'm determined to AB so help me God.
This is day 1 one another AB round and this time, i'll do the impossible. I'll resist and resist again. I'm not a mb slave, i have free will and i'll use it plenty, in the full of my capacities. I'll avoid porn at all, i'l avoid touching my penis without necessity, i'll avoid any kind of dirty or unclean talk and i'll pray to God for help. I'm also counting, as always, with the support from you, that have gave me strength and courage to continue the fight!

I'm glad to see your resolve on this! It's a hard thing to get past, and I'm really happy to see that you're not giving up and "resigning" after multiple failed attempts to just try again later. You're doing all the work, and even though there are lots of bumps in the road, right now you're learning patterns that will help you get to a place of full time AB in the future!

Hey guys, how are you?
Tonight was a normal night even i experimented to sleep nude. I must admit is one of the most comfortable ways to sleep for sure! Nothing much happen. I fell asleep and don't remember waking up during night! Also, this morning there was no morning wood I want it to come back

Maybe you should give yourself a reward every day that you succeed? So that instead of just trying not to do something bad, you can instead work at getting something good. I know what your goals are and when you completely give up mb that will be good, but I mean something more immediate and tangible. Something that you might treat yourself to.

Good morning campers!

Todays makes my 4th day of AB on this AB round. Its being a nice day. Normal one, with me preparing for the exams this week!
The night went soft with me waking up at leaf one time with a big boner. Also, this night, i had my first sexual/erotic dream since i started to AB (at least that i can remember). Hahah, that happens to me too. Whenever I think like "Oh great, I'm on X.th day and did very well", or "wow, no horniness at all today", I MB at the end of the day. I agree that it sucks. Maybe we should stop thinking about our progress, and just AB in the moment. 'Cause the more we think about it, the more we get closer to breaking. Think about that. And stay away from porn. That's just a reminder.

Yes, staying out of porn is a priority to me, because it leads me to mb/edge... and my objectives are clear, i do want to keep me away from all that, edge, porn and mb. Its just one of the biggest struggles in life i believe. I only want to stop it and i know i'll manage. But also i do believe in this, as everything that is a big change in life, takes time, too much time...

Today is day one. I'll continue to post my stats because it helps me keeping a good record of all and also its a reminder.

Yesterday i began to think in effective ways to prevent me to look at porn and to mb... A way is to read when i have the urge or to go for a run.. i believe that can work out or just fresh up my mind with some cold water. Maybe that works.

sorry to hear you had to start over again. Keep on going though, that's the only thing to do. Take what you learned from the last time and make it a part of your practice moving forward. Overload is right, I've found in the past that the more I think about AB, how long it's been, what day I'm on, etc. the more difficult it is. Try to just focus on refocusing your energy away from temptation every day and let your journal keep track of what day AB you're on so you don't have to think about it too much.

Hello everybody. Yah, I was gone for a bit... But I'm back here.
This past week was a very busy one full of work to my exams preparation with lots and lots of study... And I'm beginning to see the layoff with some nonce grades. That was a very good part of this past week. The dar site is that I was unable to AB. I just don't know what was in my mind. I could only think to mb when I felt the urge. And so I did. Even today I mb.
So what about AB?
Well, today my holidays have began and the next two weeks I'll not have classes. My first semester is ending and I have this break to rest my body and brain. I cannot be quiet for long so have some planes, which includes read a lot... Have a lot of books waiting for me. I'll be with some friends also and spending some quality time with them. I'll go back for my running. And finally, I also want to spend some time in my kitchen. I just love to cook and enjoy to do new things, and tasty dishes. Hope I can do all that. But above all, I'm getting my AB straight. Is more than time to stop to mb. I have said this previously and I know there will be more bumps in the road. This past week was one of those big rocks in my journey. But I can make it. I'm back in the game and with a good spirit. I elite be I can avoid all I want to avoid, as porn, edging and mb. I do want to achieve my goal of sexual purity to Gods eyes, something I've been failing a lot. Funny thing to add my feelings after mb, is: this really is a waste of good sperm... So yah, I'm back again and stronger. When we go through stuff we learn and get stronger to our life. I am now stronger and even more resolute to AB, and get my WD back if possible.

Hello.
So today its a brand new day with brand new stuff. Okey, not really. But i'm in a happy mood and in a way, i do believe each day brings something new to our lives and no day goes by we don't learn and sure something, specially here at the forum.
Today is day 1 of my new round of AB, specially now classes are over and i have some days of holidays!
Nothing special happened this night! Normally after each day that i mb the night is calm without erections and i don't wake up! Does it happen to you too? But also, in the mornings of it, in the days that follows, i don't get a morning wood. It usually takes one or 2 days of AB to get them back! Its something funny to see your body work as a clock and seeing its reseting itself in a way. But today, waking up i had a pretty nice looking boner which made me very happy!
I'm crossing my finger so i can maintain my AB and continue this road, that is a bumpy one, but also, one of the best in life.

Maybe you should take a day to mb as much as possible? So much that you'd just be tired of mb, and uninterested in it?

That might give you a few "easy days" which might help you get back into the habit of not mbing.

I don't know it's just an idea.
