Today I am starting my Log. I have AB since Dec.14...
After reading several logs here and seeing some great photos..it made me pre-cum...geez how I would like to MB..But I won't...

Several days ago..I went to see my urologist. He examined my penis, testiscles and he checked my prostate with is finger. He asked me if there is any pain while he was checking my prostate and I said NO but it feels weird like I have to pee. He said it is a bit enlarged. He kept on checking it with his finger and I felt tingling sensation. I got really scared, and I guess he sensed this. He said to relax and he kept on checking my prostate. After some time I felt like peeing but no pee cam out but just pre-cum and some cum I think. I was so embarassed. He said not to worry that it is normal. I quickly pull up my undies and pants. I am still all wet front and my asshle as well.
He told me that I need to come back and see him again after I have a PSA and testosterone blood work. I was so RED with embarassment but he said not to worry that it is normal.
I really felt confuse on what I felt and what happened. During the course of a day I kept on pre-cumming, so weird....my pants ended up having a huge wet spot. Good thing that my sweater is quiet long.
He said to come back and to ckeck the prostate again. Man I don't know if I will though...

Hey Bigfalcon,

Welcome to the group. Good to hear you had your prostate check-up, something us guys need to do regularly from age 40.

Just something to note: you should AB for at least 3 days prior to a PSA test to get a stable reading. Ejaculation and / or prostate massage within 3 days of testing can elevate your score.

Makes sure you let the doc check you again. There is nothing to be embarrassed about. We all leak pre-cum when our prostates are touched or stimulated, whether this is through intentional massage or just a doctors check-up. Last time I had all my equipment checked, I had an erection and leaked pre-cum all over the place. Doc just noted my kit was working as it should and made a joke out if it. Remember, he has the same kit as you.

Good luck with your AB journey, just make sure you take care of your health first. This is something us men neglect too often.

It's been 22 days since I last ejaculated and it is really getting more and more difficult. Last night I started taking Rapaflo for my prostate. One of the most common side effect of this medication is retrograde ejaculation. My urologist gave me a 2 weeks sample. I really wish that I will not be having that side effect becuas eI don't think I would be able to have wet dream if I can't even ejaculate with masturbation.

Lately I noticed that my libido is down. Meaning I am not getting much erection nor producing pre-cum. I find this disturbing though in a way it is good since it would be easier to AB if the libido is low.
My question is...Do you need to be sexualy excited to have a wet dream? I read somewhere that you don't need to have a sexual dream to have a wet dream.
