First time in years I have forced myself to stop MB. This is the end of my third day and I'm not lying it is very tough. Right now I am just trying to go a week or two and hopefully it gets easier. Will check back in to let you know how it is going.

It is very tough the first time, but it gets easier really. It's like, once you complete a week for the first time, for example, it's easier to complete a week the second time, if you go back to it. It's important to keep trying, no matter what.

3 days is an accomplishment for me but today when I was working out I got very aroused when doing ab exercises and I actually had to stop in the middle of doing sittups because I thought I was going to bust. I hope this was just a one time thing for right now.

Ab exercises can bring you close to orgasm when ABing. If you can't handle that, avoid them, I suppose.

Went to sleep last night at the end of my 6th night of ab woke up in the middle of the night because of a WD. The dream was so real I swear I could feel everything. So I went about a week of ab before I had a WD, so I had sex and mb but right now Im starting it up again. I would like to go a month but it might be difficult. Any inspiring words would be appreciated.

It's awesome that you had a WD after only a week! Seems like if that's how little time it took once then odds are it won't take too long of abstaining to get back to the point where you're having wet dreams, MB and sex aside.

So right now is Saturday afternoon and I have had 2 consecutive WDs. On Thursday night and Friday night I awoke from my sexual dream to find me exploding in my pants. I had AB for 2 days before the first WD.

Well I don't know how long I had ab before but my very first WD was when I was 16. And recently I went 6 days of ab before a wd.

2 in a night, wow, you are defiantly one of the poster boys for our common goal.

It can happen and I want it to happen to me too!

I wish I experience something like that again. One thing I remember about these nights is that I went to sleep very positive and in a very good mood both nights I experienced WDs.

Okay so a big update for me today. Today is day 17 on AB and I have to say I am proud of myself for getting this far. This is the longest I have gone without MB or sex. Some big things I have noticed. I feel like my head is clearer throughout the day. I get more spontaneous erections during the day and when I get turned on the level of arousal is extreme. I have not ejac. in 17 days but I have edged some days. Most recently was last night my 16th day. When I was going to sleep I edged and I was leaking a bit of cum. This has never really happened to me before. Knowing I have made it this far is just fueling me to keep going.

Day 20 of AB today and I am doing good almost a month. I have been getting very hard erections and leaking precum. It is tempting to MB but fighting the temptation is a good feeling to me.

So today is the first time I have ever gone 31 days of AB. I have been getting SE every day and I have continued edging. When I edge I leak precum in larger quantities now. Knowing that one month of no ejaculation is possible, I shall embark on a new journey that is months on AB.
