Sounds like it won't be too difficult for you to reach a wet dream, since you've had a fair frequency of masturbation with decent sized loads. Generally, more MB ends up meaning more semen produced, so you'll fill up faster and likely end up with quicker WDs.

You seem to have a lot of pre-cum leakage, erections, and arousal already, so it's likely not going to be extremely easy to AB. The trade-offs to having quicker fill-ups and WDs from frequent MB, I suppose.

Few tips for ya:

- For the gym: if you go regularly, do be aware that when abstaining, ab-based exercises become a form of arousal for a lot of people, one which can easily cause orgasm if kept up. You can either just avoid them entirely, or stop doing those if/when you reach the edge of cumming. With the latter, you might have more pre-cum leakage than normal, obviously. Supposedly reaching orgasm like that feels different than standard MB, so might even be worth trying one day, if you're not ABing long-term, but still want to try it.

- If you ever need to kill a really intense erection or morning wood, take a cold shower. Breathing deeply from the chest with your eyes shut can help too, if a shower isn't necessarily available.

- If you have a spontaneous ejaculation, or SE; aka you cum without physical stimulation, usually without any previous arousal (such as, when flaccid, and not horny), that doesn't reset your counter. You might end up having one or two, so just letting you know.

This is going to be an adventure for my body and mind. I go to the gym quite a lot to stay in good shape. I have a low carb / high veg / high protein (lots of eggs and red meat) diet and try to keep well hydrated, drinking plenty of water. I also take zinc and magnesium supplements. I think the exercise and good diet is driving my high semen production.....and my strong urge to unload it regularly.

I do quite a bit of abs exercise, so seeing how I respond to that during AB will be interesting! If I experience SE as well, that will also be a new experience to me and part of this journey. I don't think I will be able to go that long without my body trying to unload with or without my help, so I think this is quite likely to happen.

Slept sound last night and nothing to report. Into DAY 3 today and some new sensations. Balls feel a bit heavier and sac looks bigger, at least that's the perception anyway. I am certainly more conscious of them moving around when I walk, so my mind is definitely focussed on that area.

Day 4 of AB and things are getting a little wild.

I have exactly the same on a reasonably frequent basis. I find they occur frequently early on during AB and then they tend to become less frequent. I have it happen at about weekly intervals a month or so into this particular streak of AB and nowadays as the AB goes on and on (can't remember now exactly when I last MB but it was way back in the summer) they become very much less frequent.

I find they happen more when I've been thinking about sex a lot or have seen/read something erotic. They seem to happen most after waking from a short nap so they must have some relationship to a WD. Many is the time I've woken from a nap feeling like I'm bursting for a pee only to find I'm actually bursting for a cum!

I also find they sometimes happen often when it's not a good time (i.e. at work) and can't be fully enjoyed.

Sounds like our bodies simply don't know what to do with themselves in the early stages of AB and this phenomomon is the outcome.

I have "leak tested" numerous pairs of briefs almost to destruction and can only conclude that my washing detergent must have more uranium in it that yours as I don't seam to have any washing problems....... You could always try boiling them! As you say, a small price to pay anyway.

Day 6 and I broke with MB. The tension was too high. I could not concentrate anymore and was just in a constant fog.

Well, 3 days into my second attempt and things have been a little different.

Much less burning desire to stroke and blow, but many more erections pushing out over the elastic of my briefs and quite visible in my jeans to anyone who happens to be looking.
