Congratulations for your 29 days! don't worry ab the WD - sometimes I go for as long as 6-7 weeks without one. And about precum or even sperm leak after pissing, that's quite common with me, especially when i get close to WD, or after longer periods without ejaculation. like iroselyem said this past month has really been a rollercoaster

I thank everyone for your support, now it's time to reflect:
this challenge so far hasn't been too difficult, up until last night when i got really really horny, didn't want to MB, but wanted to cum one way or another. luckily I resisted the urge.

still in pain from my stomach, not eating much, not having much strength for anything really
plan for the following days: bury myself in my books and learn over the weekend, and my mom is coming to stay for three days anyway, so MB is not an option.

You're enjoying all the benefits and isn't it just great :D You do need to MB just very occasionally to remind you of why it is so good and why you're doing it - not too often though as you’ll feel disgusting for a couple of days but it's worth it to put things back in perspective again.

The other thing, if you don't already, is to take lots of exercise and get as fit as you can and eat good food. AB+fit+good food is an unbeatable combination.

Okay, day 44, here it goes, looks like three weeks are the most that I can take,
I just had another exercise related SE

It took me just a few repeats and I was splashing my briefs. Of course, I don't

yes it is, and for me it is not as hard to get, also is a bit voluntary so you get off on your own terms, and make a huge mess but without jackoff... and plus I get some exercise on the side... :-)

Hi rlz, congrats on the prolonged abstinence! It's truly inspiring!

I drink a good bit of hot water in the cold months, usually with just a touch of lemon juice to give it some flavor. Either that, or I drink cold water whenever I work out and can tolerate cold water.
