Well, honestly, I Ab for a few reasons:

1) The Ab is like a challenge for me, it's a way to train myself to be patient.

2) The obvious one - for the wet dream. The wet dreams are something new to me, something I never felt before.

3) For the T buzz, since I am starting to practice more intense sports, I need the extra energy to do them better.

Basically, this is my list of reasons, Phahahah.

The day passed without anything mb wise, but it was most likely the most stressful day in my life. Most likely that's the reason why it was easy to ab.
