So, as you may have gathered, I’m new here… a little introduction, my name is Fabian, and I’m 20 years old.
I've recently started AB, and used to view this forum on the odd occasion when I was younger, I have always been curious to see what AB would be like, and I remembered when I was younger I tried to stop MB and did successfully (I guess) for 13 days, no WD's or anything happened I was only 16 at the time.

So now I’ve decided to man up! And make an account, ready to follow through with my goal of having a WD and keep a journal of how each day is and what happens.

I've recently started sleeping naked, and I'm thinking of sleeping on top of my covers and maybe recording what happens in my sleep just so I get an idea of what times’ certain things happen, how I sleep etc, I'm not expecting a WD soon, which means I have time to prepare…

There are a few things I'm worried about such as laptop shutting down, no light, siblings/parents walking in. I don't have a lock on my door and everyone seems to just walk into my room, it would be extremely embarrassing whilst I'm asleep and they see a laptop facing my bits, whilst I'm completely nude!
I do have a lamp, I guess, I could position it against my wall so light isn't shining out my window and so it doesn't keep me awake.

18/8/2013 - Day 7 of AB, Journal: Day 1

I set up my laptop on a chair so it faces my genitals, unfortunately the light provided by the laptop isn’t strong enough, I’ve decided to aim my lamp opposite my laptop so everything is in the picture.

I’ve found that after 3 days, the urge to MB goes for me, I’m still aroused by certain things but I don’t feel the need to MB. When I do get erect however for a long-ish period of time (say 5-10 minutes) a while later some pre-cum leaks out, not sure how or if I could stop this, or if it affects my WD goal…

I’ve also seen a post or 2 saying to drink a lot of water so I’ve done that throughout the day
So I woke up at 3:10, light was turned off and I faced away from camera, weird. I watched video, roughly 1 hour after sleeping, I turned off my light and turned away from my laptop. Also nothing happened downstairs that I could see…

I went back to sleep roughly around 4am, decided to lay on my left side so I had to rest head at other end of bed, seemed easier and more comfortable to get to sleep. 20 minutes after going to sleep some pre-cum appeared during an erection, can’t remember the dream, not sure if this means I’m close to a WD? I woke up at 6:20 and also had another erection as I woke up (figures!)

19/8/2013 - Day 8 of AB, Journal: Day 2

So yesterday at work I kept having this feeling I was leaking, so went to the toilets at lunch and nothing there, felt quite weird, may have just been friction.

I got in extremely tired and decided to go to sleep at 11 so I could fall asleep for ages, woke up 4 times.
First 2 times I kept waking up with 1-3 drops of precum, so I decided to put on some boxers and had even more than 2-6 drops...



Not sure if I'm close to a WD or what, I figure it can't be long until I have one, finding it fairly easy to resist MB as I just think of what I'm working towards.

Not sure if I'm going to keep recording as my brain seems to set an internal alarm every 2/3 hours, may do after my first WD or 2.

20/8/2013 - Day 9 of AB, Journal: Day 3

Day was easy to get through, especially considering I had nothing to do, and those are the days I usually MB.
Woke up this morning with a small amount of pre-cum only a drop or 2. Not had any dreams since I've been sleeping naked and recording, decided not to last night and all I remember was being stroked by some beautiful woman, but it was only for a few seconds I remember, may explain the smaller amount of pre-cum.

21/8/2013 - Day 10 of AB, Journal: Day 4

Quite a hard day today, in more ways than one...
Kept getting a lot of erections at work, more than usual.

Noticed my testicles feel much larger and almost have a healthy feel to them.

Wondered if this is normal or a sign I'm close to a WD?

I know what you mean. It's probably the right amount of sperm in there--not too much, and not too little.

Ended up givng in to the urge a week or so ago.
Currently on day 4 and going strong, can see this lasting long as I've had no real urge which I usually have for the first 3-5 days.

These are good stains. It's just your body building up and trying to "flush out" the excess sperm. It probably won't be enough, and you'll have a WD. Keep up the good work!

reading up on some stories, seems people typicaly have them around 30-40 days
the stories and experiances sound amazing and.. i'm kind of excited knowing i'm about half way there

1 thing i notice is nearly everyone says they are about to cum in their dream and in the real world whilst asleep it feels like they're peeing

I don't know what really causes it, other than build up pressure, but I do know that it feels like peeing, because the sperm shoots through the urethra without any constriction like what is usually caused by the hand or an orifice. Just like in peeing, it flows out without slowing down, so it feels the same. At least that's in my opinion.

Also, I think the extra sensitivity during an orgasm tends to cause the pelvic muscles to clench if there's too much stimulation, such as when there's masturbation or sex, so it constricts the flow, and limits the good feeling of the orgasm. However, when the body is free to orgasm without any physical stimulus, it takes on a more rhythmic pulsing as the sperm travels out. And that feels great, and the orgasm can last longer; mine are/were about a minute long when that happened.

recently ive found/seen people say good things about orgasm/ejaculation from prostate massaging.. if i were to try this with or without succeeding, would i ruin my progress towards a WD completely or would i be set back a few days?

Been away for ages but finally...
I had a WD
I last MB on 27th and had WD early hours of Saturday (7th)
So after 9 days I had my first wet dream
i woke up at around 6am and noticed a wet/damp patch, i brushed it off as just sweat
however when i woke up and got out of bed i looked at and felt the patch after it had dried, and realised i had a WD
the reason i didnt know at first is because my cum isnt as thick/gooey as when i MB
