No i did not try that before my recent wds. But I have tried that in the past with hypnosis and when I did succeed it had some influence on my wd cycle. Mostly by 1-2 weeks. DAY 72:

It has been 3 weeks since I had my last wd and I must say that I didn't even realize that I already abstained 72 days. The last two weeks I wasn't really horny or whatsoever. I also didn't wake up with morning wood and I don't know if that affects my wd's. But the last 3 days some of my libido came back and I had some random boners during the day. Now that I think about the fact that I havent mb'd in 72 gives me a hard one. I hope I will have a wd soon, but I am patient. i have no urge to break my streak.

Day 82:

That sounds interesting. If done frequently, it may start to get less exciting, harder to achieve, and may reduce or eliminate WDs. But it may not be something you can do every day even if you tried. You might be able to get the best of both worlds by allowing the waking hands free orgasm (HFO) only once or twice a month. That might even help stimulate WDs as your brain tries to duplicate the experience in a WD. I also don't think there is any reason why a good WD couldn't feel as good or better than what you got with HFO.

I've been thinking about the ease of getting WDs. Although you've had good success, three standouts for achieving WDs at this site are shadow-15 (a long time ago), and quite recently WDin2014 and kingkoopa. One thing they all had in common was that over a few weeks of AB they changed their desire to MB into negative feelings about MB and its effects, so that their brains didn't see MB as an option. Another thing that all three had in common is that they all started sleeping nude soon after starting ABing.

It has been A while since I update my blog. As some of you may know I was already over 116 days, but during the chrismas
