DAY 46:

As I said in my last post things can only become better now. Well it did. 2 days ago, just 1 day after my morning wd I had an powerfull vivid wd. This is one of the wd's that I really like cause the dream itself is very detailled. I will describe it here.

Great! And weird how dreams work. Being on a spy mission has nothing to do with sex, unless it's like a James Bond sort of thing. :p

I think that going from MB to WDs, back to MB, and now back to WDs has helped to prove beyond a shadow of doubt that WDs are simply a better way to go. MB is indeed inferior.

DAY 49:

I probably wont have a wd anytime soon since I cheated today.
Today I managed to have my first hands free orgasm. I have tried different ways to achieve it but until now nothing was successful. Day 60:

had a wd about 4days ago. It's funny because the dream was about me trying to get a hands free orgasm. At the point I had the orgasm I thought yes I did it (a second time - but without porn). somewhat later I woke up and realized it was a dream. It was an intense orgasm, but in contradiction with the last few wd's I didn't woke up during the orgasm.

Congrats on the WD. If you are going to record one, try wearing an eye mask and wear some clothes but maybe boxers with a slit in the front so your penis can stay out. I have tried this and it works. Also if you use a reading lamp, then you can keep the room a bit darker - but still a lot of work to capture a WD or SE!

No wds since last time but
I managed to achieve another hands free orgasm. This time I listened to jackpot 1. I tried this one a lot o times but this time I relaxed immidatly. I am not sure your assumption will work, as you are trying to push out an orgasm with no (physical) stimulation. I can have a hand free orgasm without afford (it is out of the package for me). But I consider it a dangerous thing to get used to.

A great deal of physical simulation is the normal routine for sex of you get used to orgasm easily this might disappoint your partner.

While many guys have trouble getting WDs, you've been able to pretty easily be on 'both sides of the fence' more than once. If you had to pick one, which side is best, MB or WDs?

I have trouble getting and remembering WDs, but it seems to me that 'WD mode' is more exciting and 'sexual' than 'MB mode'. MB is just not as exciting or rewarding, and leaves you with negative letdown feelings. A WD is more intense, more exciting, more rewarding, and you can ejaculate more cum in a WD. But a big part of WDs are the feelings afterwards. You feel positive, happy, and rewarded. and you remain turned on and quite ready to enjoy another WD. A full fledged WD leaves you happy, uplifted, and ready to enjoy the day. The opposite often happens after MB.

It seems to me that it is a natural process to feel less and less excited about MB over time, and to rely more and more on the stronger and more rewarding experiences of WDs, until at some point MB just no longer exists as a viable option.

Wd's are more satisfying, but mb is also just fine. i don't have a guilty feeling after I do that. I think i like it to ab for a longer period of time and than just quit to mb again. I think that I cant give up mb completely, but this works just fine for me. I think it will take me 2 weeks now to achieve my first wd. We'll see.

Anyhow, i think think I like the wd's more as mb, therefore my goal is to ab 3/4th of this whole year. That means that I may only mb for 4 more weeks. I think I am going to try to beat my first record. That is 146 days.

Now that i write down that number I think wow thats alot of days, but I have done it before so I should be able to do it again.

DAY 14:

After my last post I had some hard days. I had some raging morning boners and I had more random boners during the day. Bedtimes were also difficult the last 3 times. I had some huge urges to mb but I could hold myself. I also notice that my balls feel full. I think it won't take long for a wd to come. Well I am patient and see what happens.

There is also something else I've noticed during al my ab-periods. When I abstain from MB and have a boner but dont give in and it goes back to a normal state I have to pee more often than I usually do. I don't know if this has to do with build up pressure or something. It just something I noticed.

DAY 36:

I still haven't had a wd dream yet. Not that this annoys me, on the contrary, It only makes me more motivated to go on. But I hope that it won't take to long anymore. I dont know why it takes so long this time, but maybe maybe it has to do that i am not really horny during the days. This was different the last two times is AB'ed and where I got random boners all the time. I noticed that I am not so horny this time. That is something I DO miss, because I liked that feeling.

I think you have been able to reach 'WD mode' in the past easier and faster than most guys. Like with some other guys who have also gone back and forth, it isn't always as easy to return to WD mode each time they try. But your past history suggests that you will get your WDs back. You WILL succeed.

I think it can always seem that you're missing out on something. If abstaining from MB, you can miss the freedom to MB whenever you feel like it. But with MB you can miss the feelings of controlled horniness, the feeling of excitement at knowing another WD is coming soon, and of course miss the total, full body orgasms of WDs. You can also miss the t-buzz and energy of AB, the ability to feel horny without wanting to MB, and being able to feel horny without always having an erection.

So it's not just the WDs, it's the whole experience. Many guys agree, sexuality is better experienced, expressed, and enjoyed as a full time wet dreamer than as an MBer. Going to bed horny and excited for your next WD, knowing it will come soon and knowing how good it will feel, is WAY better than even thinking about MB.

Getting into WD mode takes motivation, effort, and patience. But you keep coming back to it for a reason.

I fucked up 3 days ago. I just gave it a few strokes but I came in like 20 seconds. I didn't even expect it. It came out of nowhere. I listened to the Jackpot hypno file just once and then it worked on the second listen. That may be because I've used various imagery or hypnosis things since I was hypnotized once in highschool. This week wasn't difficult at all. I had a lot to do so I didn't even had time to think about mb'ing. Beside that: I wasn't really horny, so no that helped.
