Glad to have found this forum. I think I've stumbled across it in the past (during on/off AB) but really committed to the idea of registering when a Google search for "how to get rid of blue balls" led me back. It seems like a great community here.

Basically, my AB is motivated equally by two goals: 1) experiencing more wet dreams and 2) storing up strong, masculine energy to help me commit to getting in chiseled shape. My current AB period is more a product of the latter (as I've been working out and dieting hard as well as avoiding ejaculation for about a week), but I've always found wet dreams really fascinating, sensational, and hot, too. When I stumbled across this site again and saw all of the posts chronicling how long you all have gone without ejaculation in hopes of attaining a wet dream, I was reminded of that long term goal for myself. I figured I might as well add that orgasmic wet dream to my list of hopeful goal outcomes.

I think I've only experienced three or so wet dreams in my life, but can only clearly remember two with specific detail. Neither, as I remember, was a direct result of AB oddly enough. For that reason, I don't think I've ever lasted more than about two weeks without masturbating, as I usually jerk off at least every other day.

The earlier wet dream I recall happened when I was 16 or 17 and attended a summer arts workshop. That night I was wearing a pair of tight, white Tommy Hilfiger briefs and dreamt that I was wearing those briefs in a model bed at a department store (odd, I know) with a guy who was in the workshop with me. I had never thought of him sexually - or even many guys before then at all - and he is very obviously straight. Nevertheless, we were jacking off in the dream bed together and it led to a ming-blowing sensation. It didn't wake me, though, as I found a huge load of cum in my briefs when I woke a few hours later.

The second wet dream I had was about a year later in an AB period (in which I was trying to achieve a wet dream), but only two or three days into it. I was wearing boxers and can't even remember the dream I had, but I awoke just after cumming. The sensation was similar to the first, but slightly less exciting than I remember the prior emission.

Neither of these experiences are linked too heavily to AB, so I am back to trying it again in hopes that I can reprise these experiences. I'm not sure how long it'll take...it seems like it really varies, form what I've read on here. But if you have any tips/advice, I'd appreciate them! I've already learned on here that it's not good to edge and stroke before bed, which will make this challenge even more difficult.

well, no, i havent avoided porn for those first 5 days, but i did avoid MB, its explained in my log. now i just stopped everything. i am alone at home most of the time, and am getting random boners but none of that when i leave the house

I've been AB for a little over a month now, and I try to follow the no-porn/no-touch rule. All you have to do is not look at porn or MB. I have broken the rule about porn a couple of times, but overall, it's been a pretty consistent month.

A couple tips that I have: Firstly, control your thoughts to the best of your ability. Push all sexual urges out of your mind. If you get one, move to a more mentally/physically demanding activity. If that doesn't work, leave the house and go do something. Secondly, try to avoid anything that tempts you. If you normally MB to porn, try to avoid it. If you get excited from watching certain TV shows, reading certain content, try to avoid them. It's all about making this easier on yourself. And thirdly, really commit. If this is something you seriously want to do, then commit to it fully .

So far, I've experienced two wet dreams during my AB period. Hopefully more to come!

I did break my brief AB period. A movie called 54, starring a sexy and almost always shirtless Ryan Phillippe, came on VH1 late at night. I couldn't resist beating one out to all of the early 80s, Studio 54-themed sex.

So, I've started my AB over again today, deciding now to avoid porn and masturbation as well. Hopefully, this will aid in bringing on wet dreams faster. I'll let you know how it goes.
