Another method that worked for me following the WD ın two days was being under stress. I assume it it not very easy to achieve whenever you want it. But apart from the stress another factor might be the food intake. My other WD last week was after stayşng on caffeine all the day and having a protein rich meal at dinner just before sleep. This is against everything the dietists say. But if you are horny enough you will probably be loosing apetite.

DAY 7:

You didn't fail, Duck. You're just trying to AB for a long time, and your body doesn't want you to do that; it's used to a release. Just power through it; this is a mind-over-matter situation, and your willpower is what will help you to achieve a WD. Just focus on the end result, keep yourself busy with work, exercise and anything else physical until you fall asleep exhausted, and you'll be fine!
