Hello all!

I am an 18-year old American. MB'd almost everyday from when I was 15 to 17. In the last year, since coming to university, my urges have gone down and I have been MB every 3-4 days.

Day 4. No WD yet. My body definitely wants me to MB. As soon as I entered the shower and felt the water on me, my member shot up like a rocket. Full on erection. I teased myself with the showerhead a small amount, but then realized what I was doing and stopped before it progressed any further.

Day 5!

I think yesterday I got to experience a t-buzz! I was filled with energy all day and felt like I could run for miles! I did two workouts yesterday (which is uncommon for me) and definitely am feeling it today. Pretty sore all over.

Unfortunately, I am in the midst of a cold right now and feel pretty terrible. Sore throat, dripping nose, general aching all over my body. Surprisingly, my illness has been helping me AB because my aching testicles are just one more thing that hurts right now...easy to ignore.

I had trouble getting to sleep last night. Not sure if it was the extra energy from AB'ing, my sickness, or a combination of the two.

Did not wake up with morning wood, but was surprised to see that my flaccid penis was larger than usual and my ballsack was super loose, as much as it usually gets in a hot tub or extreme heat. Kind of ironic because we just turned on the air conditioning in my bedroom after being out for about a week. My genitals are acting the opposite of how they usually do! Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm taking it one day at a time. I feel confident I can make it to the end of the week.

Day 7

I made it a full week!

I'm just now getting over my cold. Yesterday was the worst, and I woke up this morning feeling considerably better.

The funny thing is, these past couple days have not been all that difficult to AB. Haven't been feeling all that horny. Nothing much to report right now. I'll update again at the Day 14 mark, or if I have a WD or am forced to reset.

Here's something interesting...I had a WD!

Backstory:

I broke my AB on Day 9 and MBd twice because I read on the wikipedia page for masturbation that it was supposed to reduce nasal inflammation. Seeing as I still have this terrible cold and was having trouble breathing through my nose, I decided to give it a go. It worked and allowed me to go to sleep that night.

I resumed my AB yesterday but last night had a WD. I dreamed I was lying in bed, sharing a room with a girl I knew from high school. As I was lying there, I suddenly felt like I was about to have a SE. In my dream, it happened and I got out of bed to change. Day 19

Well, I made it past my goal of 14 days, but was too busy to post because of final exams. Yesterday, I made the long trip back home and kept getting erections in the car and being generally really horny.

THEN I HAD A WD LAST NIGHT!

Well, technically, it was this morning. When I woke up, I moved from the couch where I had spent the night to my real bed and tried to get some more shut-eye. Well, it happened again. Another WD. Same circumstances. Got up early and went back to bed.

I don't remember the dream all that well but I think it had something to do with being naked at school and pulling on my balls until I came. The orgasm wasn't as intense as two days ago and I even completely forgot about my dream until I felt the wetness of my boxers and saw the stain.

Day 32

Well, I made it a month of AB! Surprisingly, it hasn't been that difficult after I made it past the two week mark.

I feel more motivated than ever before. I've started the Stronglifts program to improve my strength and appearance and am looking forward to another month of no MB!

Day 1

So, a few things have happened since I posted last. I went on vacation to Canada and had two wet dreams, on Days 35 and 37. The first dream involved someone tricking me into a threesome but before anything could start, I fell to the ground and orgasmed. Another WD happened two nights ago on Day 16. Woke up in the morning to go to the bathroom, went back to bed, fell asleep, and woke up again to wet boxers! The dream had something to do with lesbians, I don't really remember.

No more WDs yet, but I've been struggling a lot with no MB. It's been really tough and I've even edged a couple times this week, but haven't gone all the way. I'm trying to make it past my previous record of 39 days. I've made it 30 days and can't ruin it in the last 10!

Day 40

A new record for my AB!

I also had a WD the night before last. I had a sex dream and woke up to wet boxers but no orgasm. I changed and fell back asleep. I had the same dream and this time there was an orgasm but no ejaculation. It was a strange experience.

Now that I've hit my goal of 40 days, I'm not sure where to go from here. I think I'll try for another month of AB, so I'll update again upon another WD or when I reach Day 70!
