Hey guys, I'm new here so I figured I'd start a log of my progress.
First off I gotta say this site is great and everybody's attitude is really positive which I like. Special thanks to the moderators and AGT for putting in the work.
A little about me: I'm 22, from the USA, ectomorph body type (look it up if you're unfamilar: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Somatotype ... psychology), cut, and used to MB daily or every 2 days by edging until I stumbled upon this site. About a month ago I tried to AB for about a week and didn't quite make it before I had a WD!! It was soo powerful, I remember I was having sex with a girl I knew and basically recreating what I've done in real life and it was amazing. Probably one of the most powerful orgasms I've ever had second to sex!!
I'm currently on day five and this morning I woke up rock hard, throbbing and leaking precum. Again, lol. I guess I was close to a WD, but probably more horny than anything. Definitely had to fight to keep from MB'ing. I think if I don't touch I'll be fine. I'm also enjoying the T-boost AB'ing brings. I know I'm much more productive during the day (hyper, even with less sleep) and more outgoing too.
My goal right now is trying to make it a week; that's my personal record so if I beat that I'll be on the right track to having a WD.

Day 6: I decided to wear stretchy athletic (sort of spandex) briefs to bed last night.. not really a good idea. They were definitely too tight and I had no room to grow. So no wd just yet
Yesterday was alright but I made it really difficult on myself because I did some edging in the shower and was super horny for the next 4 hours or so. I was leaking pre the whole time even when I had a semi or was soft, it was crazy! I may have even had a retrograde ejac because my urine was really cloudy after so I probably won't be edging any more... anybody else ever have this happen?

Finishing up day 7 today!!!

Day 16 is going well.
Here's some of the things I've noticed thus far:

-I don't get random erections unless I'm by myself or feel really comfortable, which I guess is good when you're in public!
-I don't leak unless I get one of these random erections.
-I don't really leak in my sleep.
-I'm super sensitive down there, like one touch is enough to pop a boner!
-I don't sleep on my stomach anymore.. I used to do this in my sleep because the pressure felt good to me and now I don't need to in order to stimulate myself in my sleep.
-WHY am I suddenly attracted to fat chicks? I don't know?! I do double takes in public (of the hot ones, haha) and feel a ton more bold talking to girls.
-Note to self: strip clubs are not where you belong while AB'ing. You will spend copious amounts of money.
-I feel a clear-headedness that I haven't felt in a long time. It's almost like I just had a mental workout like I just played a game of chess or something.
-I feel more masculine. I even get mad when I'm driving and see a girly car and there's only a dude in it, lol.. I feel so let down!
-I want to exercise more and feel stronger when I do it.
-My flaccid size has increased... I didn't know that this was a side effect? Am I the only one who has noticed this?

I think I've slowed down my progress the past few days since I've been drinking a ton of beer. I need to slow down!

The changes you notice from AB are pretty common, but some people notice them more than others. There have been multiple topics about these changes at this site, including one or two about flaccid size increasing.

It is interesting that these changes support what some of the eastern religions/philosophies have been saying for centuries about MB wasting 'chi' energy and having negative effects on energy, focus, etc. After decades of "everybody MBs", there are now 'no fap' topics on bodybuilding sites like bodybuilding.com and other places that have been cropping up the last few years, where people try to AB and post positive effects similar to yours. WDs are a natural part of it. An increased desire and more energy to work out can result in an improved body and better health. Working out with heavy weights also increases testosterone even more.

One study has shown that testosterone peaks 7 days after the last ejaculation, but another study showed a sustained increase in testosterone with more extended AB. It seems quite likely that the effects of AB are related to increased testosterone or other hormones. Getting away from MB as an outlet also seems to allow the energy to be directed elsewhere. Extended AB can allow more erection control while 'feeling it' in your whole body. People tend to enjoy their bodies more, which can lead some to start sleeping nude.

All of this fits under feeling the 't-buzz' during AB.

After several years of this site's existence, we know that some people undoubtedly get WDs much easier than others. AB and lack of edging seems to be the best way to get them. So might seriously quitting MB and putting it behind you. There are multiple cases where guys have decided to seriously quit MB who get their first WD several months later. They may surprised to find that their WD rate then ends up becoming rather high, like several per week, long after they quit MB and didn't get any WDs at all for months.

The good thing about WDs, besides having better feelings and being a better experience than MB, is that they don't interfere with the effects and enjoyment of AB.

Thanks texanguy, that was very interesting and completely spot-on. I am beginning to really enjoy the t-buzz and actually considered giving up on ab'ing after about 10 days because I was not getting wd's, but I didn't want to not have the t-buzz. It is definitely a driving force for me right now.
Day 17 is done.. I felt really horny last night and this morning and was leaking a ton but no wd but I know it's coming soon.

I finally got a wd this morning on day 20!!!

Congratulations on your WD! A good thing about WDs, besides the better experience and better orgasm, is that the horniness and positive effects of AB continue. I think the trick is to direct the extra horniness towards having another WD while seeing MB and its effects as inferior and negative. When you think about it, why would somebody MB when they can be having sex and better orgasms in wet dream after wet dream instead? It seems like the logical, superior, and more natural outlet.

My new goal is to go a full 30 days. Realistically, it's only 9 more days but I feel like they will be difficult with me counting down so I think I'll just take it slowly and daily. One step at a time, right?

day 27: Nothing new to report.. I'm not really feeling extremely horny except when I want to be like late at night. I've noticed my random boners have kind of stopped, and I'm more in control than say even a week ago. I really enjoy learning about my body like this, it's almost an experiment to me!

I finally hit 30 days on Friday!! That's a huge accomplishment for me.
BUT, I did some edging yesterday and arguably lost it. Here's what I wrote in the other thread:

This morning after I woke up, I decided to touch a little, which led to me edging. I got closer and closer until I got to the point where I knew I had to stop, which I did, but it was just a couple seconds too late.
