Hey guys! I'm doing well, thanks for the comments. I'm on day 58 now and can't believe I have made it this far. It's crazy to count the weeks from the the start of my AB because I have to go back two months on my calendar, lol. I think at this point I'm aiming to hit ten weeks but my ultimate goal is obviously to have more elusive wet dreams and eliminate porn from my life.

I haven't had a wet dream since around day 20 unfortunately I'm not sure if this is tied to me edging a few days in a row last week but I'm over that for the time being. If I touch at all it physically desensitizes me and takes away from my AB. Plus most of the time if I'm touching I'm watching some porn which mentally desensitizes me as well.. and since neither are good I'm aiming to cut that out for the next week or so and see what happens.

Sunday I had a WD!!! It was day 60 and I was feeling really horny and that night was no exception. I went to sleep hard and kept waking up during the night really hard, too. I normally don't wake up until 6 when my alarm goes off but that night I woke up at 5:45 to find that I was sticky on my side, and wondered why.. then I was like ohhh man I just had a wd!! It was awesome to say the least. I was sleeping naked and on my side and had a pillow between my legs. Needless to say I need to wash that pillowcase! haha...
In the dream I had I was in the grocery store walking around naked. Because that's a common occurrence for me? Lol, but people kept commenting that I should put some clothes on, and a guy kept offering me a towel and clothes and I refused for awhile, but finally gave in. Then that was the end of the dream.
In my dream I don't remember cumming or it feeling good, so again I didn't feel an orgasm just like what happened in my other wd in this cycle (my 2nd wet dream ever). But when I woke up I felt pretty dang good! I was feeling so manly all day Monday, haha, and had a lot of energy even though I only got six hours of sleep. In the past few days since, I have felt like I do after I mb, and kinda more relaxed than normal, which is great.
Overall though it was awesome.. I just wish this happened every night!

Day 70 update: I'm feeling horny all the time now. It's controllable, but definitely still there. I can't believe I've made it this far! I guess my goal from here is to hit day 90? I feel like that's achievable at this point now that the wd's are hopefully getting regular and my horniness is somewhat predictable.

Sunday morning I had another wet dream!!!! That makes two wd's in six days! Luckily I was wearing boxers or else I'd be doing laundry again :/ haha
I just hope they continue like this, every 6 days having a wd is perfect for me!

This friday on day 72 I decided to break my ab. It wasn't like I lost it; I just decided to start over. It's something I had been thinking about for awhile. So Friday night I mb'd twice, then once sat night and once tonight. I'm gonna restart in the morning so I'll start the week fresh. I know some people will think this is really counterproductive but honestly, it doesn't bother me.

The difference? I'll be following this protocol as seen in the general forum under Increasing Ejaculate Volume: The Cum Holy Grail
(1) L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg
(2) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg
(3) Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg
(4) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg
I started this regimen on Friday afternoon, though the Pygeum hasn't come in the mail yet (arguably the most effective supplement here). I'm hoping for good results!

Why did I do this? I'm interested to see how my body reacts this cycle as compared to last. Specifically, how quickly my body has a wd after going so long ab'ing, mb'ing three days then jumping right back into no fap. I feel like I've programmed my body to react better to ab, as in responding to horniness in a positive way, dealing with random boners, dealing with the temptations of giving in and watching porn and how to get more restful sleep.

On another note, I feel like everybody makes such a big deal out of what day you're on and your record. I feel like if you're ab'ing then that's a step in the right direction, and you're bettering yourself no matter how long you go. Some people are doing it for different reasons such as for the t-boost, giving up porn or simply trying out ab. If you want to just go 30 days, that's great. If you wanna go just until your first wd, that's fine, and if you wanna give up porn and mb regularly, well, there's no harm there either. Whatever floats your boat.

Having said that, my personal goal is to give up porn. I don't necessarily have a problem with mb. BUT, I'm ready for another run of ab because it's a challenge for me and it helps to make porn obsolete in my life. I feel like I have learned a lot about myself in ab'ing, not only about my body but about the things I like sexually via my dreams. This is really introspective; I probably wouldn't have found out about my deep thoughts and fantasies otherwise.

Anyways, I'll keep my blog up to date as I'm sure there will be lots of developments in the first two weeks of ab as there were before. My new goal: have a wd before day 20 which was when I had one before! Wish me luck!!

Oh... Last night, while I was in Carrefour I found these two dietary supplements: L-arginine and Lecithin from Soy. Hmmm.. now I know what these are for. I will probably research more about these, talk to my doctor and probably give it a try. Then, let's compare results.

Update: I'm on day 2 now.. I restarted on Saturday, making my last day of MB the 1st of the month. I'm pretty excited to get this going again! I've been failing at it for the past few times since I quit AB, most likely because I wasn't committed. Also those vitamins are crazy! I have been feeling super horny even on day 2 so that was a huge factor in me breaking.

Now, I feel like I am ready to go again. I watched porn a few times and really felt guilty about it so I'm using that as motivation. If I go thru June at this point I'll be happy because that'll be 30 days. Also, I'm hoping to have a bunch of wd's, obviously, haha!

I'm doing this right, not gonna quit until I hit 30 days!!

I've enjoyed reading your log as we sound very similar and the starts of our journeys are too, although I only started my AB just over a week ago and had a WD on my 6th day.

Thanks for the encouragement, starburst. I hope everything works out for you, and by the sounds of it, it's going well! That's crazy you could have a wd on day 6! I had one on day 6 too but that was only the first time I ab'd, but unfortunately wd's just doesn't happen that often for me lol.
Day 4 update: feeling about the same level of horniness as yesterday but just tired.. there's never enough hours in the day to get a full night's sleep anymore! Hopefully I'll sleep well tonight, poss have some dreams, maybee wet dreams?! haha it'd be nice

badboy2223, it's going great. I am not ab'ing at the moment but i'm still taking the supplements and it's most definitely working! I feel like I can shoot farther and more times than before without edging, even. If I edge, the volume goes way up. It's awesome, I'd definitely recommend buying all the vitamins as it only costs about $30. You might get some funny looks as you're checking out at the pharmacy, but hey, it'll definitely benefit you in the long run!
