I've been trying to exercise as much as i can. i've been running several miles a day and doing calisthenics but until last night it seemed like no matter what i did i had more energy than i could possibly expend. Hahaha first time abstainer here, 16 days in. As for keeping sane the longer I've gone the easier it has got. The first 9 days I felt physically ill. Now I'm still horny, and when I see women I can't help but instantly think of how nice it would be to just have sex with her. It's motivating to meet women, but also frustrating.

I'd recommend just recognizing what you are feeling it. Eventually it will become easier, just keep at it. I doubt that I'm back to my normal self or that I will be until I finally release, but I am still the same person with the same values it's just my drive that has changed slightly.
