Well, guys, I didn't get very far into day 11. Full nuts and hard cock won this round. The orgasm, honestly, was more of a tension-releasing thing than how it usually feels when I'm jacking off. Almost like taking a piss when you've been holding it for a long time. And the load was not record-breaking, either. This isn't to say I regret it, exactly. I've made it since yesterday morning without touching my wood, knock on wood. (Ha! A joke!) The thing about my unsatisfying sort-of-orgasm yesterday was that it didn't really diminish my horniness at all. Luckily I was able to go for a run in the afternoon and work off some of the unresolved tension. Most of the way through my second full day here, was able to go for a half-hour hike in the woods this afternoon, which seems to have helped take my mind off my junk. Still pretty easily distracted, just as I was on my first round of ab'ing. I'm not sure I'd recommend this to anyone who really needed to get stuff done: I have plenty of extra energy, just not a lot of focus. Not that I'm complaining; it feels pretty good.

Making it through the first few days can really be rough. It might help to plan out your free time so that you don't find your mind drifting towards sexual thoughts. Lie down and turn on NPR (or listen to some of the free podcasts on line; they have some great things and not all of them are political/current events), learn a language online, read a book......... I know some of these are obvious and sound lame, but if your focus is somewhere else, it can help you succeed!

I agree that NPR can be a total boner-kill, for better and worse. I should have listened to it yesterday morning instead of taking matters into my own hands. The orgasm was once again not awesome, and I didn't really stroke it, just rubbed the frenulum until the inevitable happened. Why? Well, I was noticing how jittery, irascible, etc. I was becoming. And honestly I think I'm a nicer, more relaxed guy when I've rubbed one out. That said, I'm going to try again. Why not?

So I've unintentionally ended up abstaining again. I say "unintentionally" because I had sex a couple of times last weekend and since then I've just been busy, so it's not a conscious strategy. We'll see how long it lasts. I guess this should be day 4 of no orgasm and day 7 since I last jerked off, and the only things I've noticed are the familiar jitteriness and my balls feeling super tight and full. So I've unintentionally ended up abstaining again. I say "unintentionally" because I had sex a couple of times last weekend and since then I've just been busy, so it's not a conscious strategy. We'll see how long it lasts. I guess this should be day 4 of no orgasm and day 7 since I last jerked off, and the only things I've noticed are the familiar jitteriness and my balls feeling super tight and full. My dreams have been really intense lately, lots of old friends appearing in them, but nothing sexual, at least as far as I can remember.

you say that your balls are tight. i take it that means firm. That means that oua re producing a lot of testosterone. so you wear briefs throughout the day? is it firm even while you are in your briefs?
