Hola amigos, y feliz año a todos, espero que la hallan pasado bien, y por cierto les deseo lo mejor para este 2013, muchos éxitos, mucha salud y muchos sueños húmedos :D , miren de verdad muchas pero muchas gracias a, ELEAZAR, RONALD, ATC747 y a MAXJ, por la bienvenida, por aceptarme y por que hablan español :D , la verdad estaba bien preocupado de que todo fuera en ingles, y que no iva a poder estar en este foro, asi que gracias ya que me interesa mucho el tema.

Miren les explico, soy de Panamá, y siempre me a interesado este tema, asi que busque información y encontré este foro, hay entendía algunas cositas que estaban en ingles y bueno, vi las experiencias y los éxitos que han logrado con la abstinencia y lo mas importante de veras felicito a todos los que han logrado alcanzar un sueño húmedo o wed dreams :D .

Cuando tenia entre las edades entre 14 y 21 años tuve algunos sueños húmedos pero después desaparecieron, no los tuve mas, ahora con 36 años quiero ver si los puedo volver a tener y vivir esa experiencia nuevamente, actualmente estoy soltero, asi que quiero lograrlo y sentir esas sensaciones aunque sea una vez y si se pueden mas, mejor jeje.

Reconozco que soy una persona que se pajea mucho, lo mas que me e abstenido a sido 20 días y eso paso solo una vez en mi vida ya lo demás es eyacular 3 veces a la semana cosas asi, asi que esto me ayudara para el autocontrol, ver todas las sensaciones que uno logra con la abstinencia y lograr un sueño húmedo.

Asi es maxj si voy a comenzar una abstinencia, de echo ya la comencé el 1 de enero del 2013, asi que actualmente tengo 2 días de abstinencia, les cuento que en la noche tuve erecciones nocturnas y matutinas pero todo bien, asi que espero lograr mi objetivo, lograr pasar mi record de abstinencia que son 20 días, seguir absteniéndome mas y lograr un sueño húmedo (wet dream).

Nuevamente muchas gracias y bueno ya me siento como de la familia :D .

DAY 4

I began my abstinence the day, January 1 of 2013, Today is my day 4 of abstinence, me va super bien.

last night I had erections, nocturnas y matutinas.

About My: i am 36 years old, eat healthy, no drink, no smoke, and I do exercises gym and i take, zink and omega 3.
