I have been interested in having wet dreams for a while but I never could, no matter how hard I tried, abstain for more than a week.
Also, I think it is a nice way to practice control and get better at self discipline.
I had one wet dream, which was great, a few weeks ago, without abstaining at all.
I am going to abstain from touching, MB, and porn, so the only stimulant will be looking at hot people in real life. And dreams...

I think imposing all those rules is the safest way to ensure you continue abstaining. The no touch rule especially. Keep it up!

Today I had a lot of raging hard ons and it was really fun. Also, I slept for many hours so I was finally having a dream where a couple was about to kiss and then maybe do more but then suddenly my alarm went off.
Anyway, it's a good sign and I hope to have more sexual dreams soon and those hard ons too as they help me keep going by compensating for the lack of release.
