So my goal is to not watch porn or any erotic images and to quit masturbating. Currently I'm not focusing on getting wet dreams but might be nice to have them at some point. Just logging in again to note down that MB twice today. After the first time I started this log and felt motivated to start over. Then it took maybe an hour of so until MB again and after that I just felt bad, a bit sad and disappointed. Writing it down here to remind myself that I usually don't feel any good after having fallen for MB even though it at the time seems like a good idea to get some momentarily pleasure.

Had a wet dream! 
Day 4 was a bit tougher, became bored in the evening and felt horny. Could resist though!
Day 5 (yesterday) went well and ended up in a wet dream during the night. I've slept the last few nights quite poorly and last night I also fell asleep around 2am. Then I slept so deeply that I barely woke up when I ejaculated and was very surprised when it happened! Don't remember a thing about the dream, I very seldom remember.
The funny thing is that almost every time I've had a WD I have been in a strange place then I've had someone sleeping over at my place (on the couch). Also yesterday a friend stayed over. The link here might be that I usually sleep all naked but when I'm not home or when I have someone staying over I sleep in boxers / nightshorts. Gotta try sleeping in them more often!

Time seems to fly. On day 10 now and still going strong! Thought have been more pure, haven't felt very tempted and I feel good 
Last night I slept quite poorly, felt like I woke up every five minutes and a few of those times I had an erection and felt horny but fell asleep again soon. Might have had some weird dreams.

Day 21: Three weeks behind me now, feels good. Current goal is still to quit MB completely so it's a life long journey, I think. Had some really intense dreams now two night in a row but no WD. Day 30: No way, had another WD!!!!!!! 5 days since last one, and this was the third this month! What's happening here 
Funny thing was it happened in the morning. I had my first alarm set to 08:30am, woke up to it but was too tired (or lazy) to get up so I set it on 09:15, woke up again to it and set it one last time to 09:45. Had trouble falling asleep again but next thing I know I had an intense dream and woke up when I ejaculated. After about 2mins the alarm went off and I got up quite satisfied slept in pyjamas shorts.
No MB has been going ok, every once and a while I find myself thinking erotic thoughts, gonna try to avoid that as much as possible.

Day 34: Had a WD this morning, I think. The dream was intense, for sure, I can still remember part of it just before I woke up. Felt the usual contractions and woke up to ejaculation, felt like a normal amount. Kept on sleeping for a few mins before I actually checked it out and found that the amount was 1-2 tsp. Does that still count? I'd think so... Anyway, I actually felt a bit disappointed for some reason. I mean, the feeling was equal to a normal WD so I shouldn't complain, right?

After trying hard to remember when I have had WDs before joining this forum, I now added two dates in my first post. I remember having a WD during September 2005, this was when I had just moved away from home and also was trying to not MB for the first time. I don't think I really understood what or how it happened back then.
Second time I remember was when I slept over at a friends house the night before we went to another friends' wedding. Had to check the date from the wedding pics Anyway, it was somehow memorable since I was at a strange placea and woke up in the middle of the night with sticky boxers.

Just logging in again to note down that MB twice today. After the first time I started this log and felt motivated to start over. Then it took maybe an hour of so until MB again and after that I just felt bad, a bit sad and disappointed. Writing it down here to remind myself that I usually don't feel any good after having fallen for MB even though it at the time seems like a good idea to get some momentarily pleasure.

Had a wet dream!
Day 4 was a bit tougher, became bored in the evening and felt horny. Could resist though!
Day 5 (yesterday) went well and ended up in a wet dream during the night. I've slept the last few nights quite poorly and last night I also fell asleep around 2am. Then I slept so deeply that I barely woke up when I ejaculated and was very surprised when it happened! Don't remember a thing about the dream, I very seldom remember.
The funny thing is that almost every time I've had a WD I have been in a strange place then I've had someone sleeping over at my place (on the couch). Also yesterday a friend stayed over. The link here might be that I usually sleep all naked but when I'm not home or when I have someone staying over I sleep in boxers / nightshorts. Gotta try sleeping in them more often!

Day 21: Three weeks behind me now, feels good. Current goal is still to quit MB completely so it's a life long journey, I think. Had some really intense dreams now two night in a row but no WD. Tonight I was so sure that I ejaculated because I woke up from the dream, still remembering it, and felt contractions but when I checked, no cum. A bit frustrating but hey, what can you do.

Day 30: No way, had another WD!!!!!!! 5 days since last one, and this was the third this month! What's happening here

Day 34: Had a WD this morning, I think. The dream was intense, for sure, I can still remember part of it just before I woke up. Felt the usual contractions and woke up to ejaculation, felt like a normal amount. Kept on sleeping for a few mins before I actually checked it out and found that the amount was 1-2 tsp. Does that still count? I'd think so... Anyway, I actually felt a bit disappointed for some reason. I mean, the feeling was equal to a normal WD so I shouldn't complain, right?

After trying hard to remember when I have had WDs before joining this forum, I now added two dates in my first post. I remember having a WD during September 2005, this was when I had just moved away from home and also was trying to not MB for the first time. I don't think I really understood what or how it happened back then.
Second time I remember was when I slept over at a friends house the night before we went to another friends' wedding. Had to check the date from the wedding pics Anyway, it was somehow memorable since I was at a strange placea and woke up in the middle of the night with sticky boxers.
