Hi guys!!!  What i would like to achieve is to reduce the times I MB in a month (because I think quit MB from a day to another is really difficult...), quit definitively porn and if possibly get some nice WDs  . Sooo...I'm on 3rd day without MB and the 2nd day without porn! Here we go! Advice and encouragement are welcome!!!

I don't think you'll have any problems getting back into AB, since this was pretty much out of your control.
A bit off-topic, but what's the difference between this and an SE? I swear there was a post on this site explaining it, but I can't find it.
