Hi guys I just discovered this forum and decided to try for some wet dreams. One of the major draws of abstaining from masturbation is the improvement in mood and energy I have been reading in others logs. Im on day 2 of abstaining from masturbation and im already experiencing a massive increase in energy and desire, I've felt almost manic all day long. Day 4 is coming to a close. My balls are achey and im getting hard at random with incredibly strong erections. Well im in this for the long haul, i'm not gonna have time for a girlfreind over the next several months cause im really involved in a project that requires the vast majority of my energy.So i'm aiming for abstinence at least till I start having sex again, just getting acclimated to the rules that go with the game( for me no porn, no touching and no going overboard when I wash my foreskin). I have been utilizing thought stopping techniques whenever my brain starts bombarding me with thoughts of sex and jerking off, and so far they worked brilliantly. Otherwise i'm very pleased with the other side effects of my abstinence. My senses are heightened and i'm brimming with positive energy. So even if I gotta wait a month for a release i'll just ride the wave. I don't think i'll be waiting to long though, I know my body's pretty ready to blow at this point if I get a good night's sleep. Thanks alot for the support it really help's.

Our bodies are hard-wired to do that. I agree that it does take a whole lot of self control to avoid MBing. I would suggest that you keep your mind busy with other things, like reading reading through the posts in this forums, at least this works for me. Reading other postings keeps me motivated to continue ABing.

I think if you don't md multiple times when you break a long ab there's a better chance your body won't be drained to badly of hormones/endorphins and break the wd cycle. I'm still probably in the end stages of puberty so my testosterones all jacked up, which may account for how this happened to me. I'm on day 3 and had a sexual dream last night but no orgasm. It involved my watching a good friend jerk off to completion, so when I woke up I was disappointed that there was only precum in my boxers. I'm not gay but my subconscious is trying to rationalize jacking it. I have a good t buzz and I'm happy and productive, but very sexually frustrated!

on day 7 now, no wetdream but im pretty horny. Alot of precum on my sheets(something I used to never get). Occupy yourself with other activities! If you shower be quick, on the toilet don't touch anything unneccesarily, and as said before edging will just make it harder. Keep at it man!
