I don't know how well I'm going to do with keeping the log up to date, I've never been much into writing, but I figured that this will give me an outlet for my AB stress and thoughts, it may help.
I have broken my AB record today and I've found as my body is getting used to not MBing my parts and nipples are getting more sensitive to the touch. I'm more relaxed, my eyes always find their way to the good looking women and their parts, my eye to eye contact is getting better. What I find great is that for as long as I can remember I've never been good at talking to women but now just talking to them and even flirting is becoming automatic which is really new for me a shy and awkward geek.

My MB used to be 1-2 times a day and have done this since I was about 13-14, I'm 28 now. My longest AB has been 12 and now I'm on day 14 which is totally new for me so I don't know what will happen. The reason I'm doing AB is, frankly, I've gotten board with MB. Obviously it's hard to get board with MB but I always feel like it's missing something and is always short lived.

I'm excited to see what this new AB world holds in store for me. I'm on day 14 and don't plan on ever doing MB ever again.

It sounds like you're going really well. One thought I had today (I am currently on day 3 and last week I managed 6 days straight) is that, through not MBing, I am constantly ready for sex. By that I mean, when I used to MB all the time, there were frequent times when, if i had had the opportunity to have sex, i probably couldn't have because my drive was simply non-existent. AB takes that problem away, and I constantly feel like I am ready and charged for sex. I don't mean that in a promiscuous way... just an "I could do it if I wanted" sort of way. I wonder if maybe that's why you're finding yourself more comfortable flirting?

I remember when I was in my early 20s and single, I used to masturbate a lot. One of the most uncomfortable situations for me was when I had just finished masturbating and I'd go an interact with other people. Just going to the supermarket, for instance, it felt really strange talking to the person at the checkout. My voice would go all tight and sound a bit strange, and I'd just feel, in general, really out of place in public. Perhaps that's the opposite extreme of what you're talking about, for the same reason?

I wonder if the flirting and finding it easier to talk to women has to do with my body having more testosterone and sperm and my mind looking for a woman to sleep with. I stumbled across a website where a guy was wondering if a guy's T would push him to be the alpha male because he noticed other guys making way for him and women wanting to be closer to him. I also wonder if there is a pheromone that guys start to put out when they AB to attract women for procreation?

Day 14- for some reason I had the urge to do pushups and work with some weights. I've never much liked working out but I like walking, I did feel great after I got done with that light work out I think I might grow to like this drive to work out.

DAY 15- My nose is stuffed, my head hurts, my cell phone is dead, vary tired and I'm horny. I think that a lot has changed for me in the past 15 days of AB and mostly for the good. I still need to learn how to relax more, I feel tense a lot of times and I don't really know why sometimes. I have lots of time off from work coming soon that will help.

I have decided that I'll only be resetting my counter when I willfully EJ but not other things, I'll just record them.

Day 16- I have been extremely horny all day today and it's starting to drive me nuts! All I can think about about is women and getting relief so it's vary had to think about anything else right now and it doesn't help that I feel all this pressure and heaviness down there.

Man,congrats on your streak of no MB days.Don`t give up now just for the heck of it.I promise you,it will start getting better,just go outside for a walk or jog,go talk to someone new,and if you don`t know what to say just tell them that you are trying to push away your shyness and talk to them about it.Be honest and other people will consider it funny.I am telling you from experience that after not masturbating for 2 + months,I got used to it,to feeling and being socially active and feeling good around people,then,one day I did it again.I went out after that and felt really really awkward and insecure,lost confidence.So don`t do it bro` you can abstain,you Will abstain

DAY 17- horniness is still vary high, I had a lot of trouble sleeping because of it. Today I can't get my mind off of MB even though I feel like it can pop all by itself. I hope this passes fast because I'm tired and horny which is not good.

Day 18- my sleep has gotten better but on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being so hory I'm going crazy I've gone from about a 9 to about a 7. I do think my body is trying to work out how things work because all day I have been feeling my PC muscle has been flexing in the same way it would if I was EJing. I don't know if this means I'm close to a WD/SE or if my PC muscle is just doing a workout that it used to get from MB. I have never felt flexing like this since I've never been this long with AB.

I have noticed lately that I'm getting more driven to find a woman (or more then one) to have sex with. I was going to the store the other morning for food and that breakfast and I was vary attentive to my appearance on my day off just because I might find a woman to date or something else ;-) . I feel strong and ready to go and it's great.

Yeah for me the bigger issue to AB is not MB but getting laid. Be careful not to waste 18 days of AB!

I would happily throw my AB streak away if presented with the chance to get laid. Passing up a screw is what is a waste.

My last record was 13 days which I beat yesterday at 18 days so I know I can beat both easily.

Day 2- stress and extreme horniness lead me to reset the counter but with all I had to do on Christmas eve that needed my full concentration I don't feel bad about it. Now that Christmas is over I have a lot less stress so here I go again.

Sinus headache is back with bloody infection stuff coming out, mom is being huge b****, bit through the inside of my lip and I think since my mom is being a b**** ruining my day she also ruined my grandparent's day too which hurts me as well. I'm at the end of my rope, I need to talk to a professional. I just want to curl up and cry right now.

Was able to get into the doctors and PA gave me antibiotics for 10 days so it must be bad enough. It still seems that nothing can go right for me but getting a tiny bit better slowly. Being able to vent here has helped me a lot. If you've been following along, thanks.

I been in AB since Sunday so I'm on day 3 and it's been going great due to the infection taking away the energy for anything sexual. But my day turned out great because my body is figuring out how to work things again. Due to MBing for as long as I can remember I had never gotten random wood that much and if I did it lasted seconds but today I had one for 10 minutes which is awesome. I guess AB can restore the functions down there letting everything rest, heal and replenish the stuff.

My head may be hurting and body tired but those 10 minutes really made my day.
I kinda hope my body takes it's time getting over this infection because days 5 and 6 tend to be the hardest for me since that's when the T spikes and if I'm still recovering I'll be to tired to care about the urges.

Day 2- I'm finally off of those antibiotics after 10 day of. I don't know why but antibiotics make me really tired and lethargic, not to mention very thirsty and loose of appetite. This is only the first day off of the meds and I'm feeling great.

Day 3- last night while I was falling asleep I started having contractions like I was EJ-ing, it felt kinda good and lasted for a few minutes, it's an odd thing. Other things that happened was a dead WiFi router, a new case for my nexus 7 and freezing my butt off. Luckily everything worked out well.

Day 5- tons of energy today and not much to do, bad combination. The other day I found this site http://www.askmen.com/sports/news/the-b ... ogurt.html it talks about how yogurt "may" make a man's balls and load bigger as well as helping people lose weight, needless to say I'm trying this out .
while reading some of my previous posts and I saw that my record had went for 15 to 20. I had forgot how long I went and I'm kinda proud with myself there.

Been feeling down for far to long so I went and saw someone about it. I've been having depression for a few months so the doc put me on some meds and I'm happy for the relief that's coming. I have been on these meds before and the only downside is that it's increases my libido and that's not going to help me with AB but I'll deal with that if I can feel better.
