DAY 178 - Wet Dream at about 2:10am on the morning of 31st October 2013 - 10 DAYs since last WD

I had a wet dream this morning. This is the 18th WD within this AB run, the 26th WD within 2013. I went to bed at about 0:50am this morning and didn't fall asleep until about 1:20am (more or less I think, anyway, after a long time). Suddenly I woke up and I touched my underwear unconsciously (maybe I have already developed this habit that the first thing to do after waking up will be checking my underwear) finding that I had a wet dream. I tried my best to recall what happened just now but could not search anything related with dream. I think my brain must be under deep sleep stage during the first hour of sleep. Moreover, I am a person who does not remember dreams often. Hope I can remember something next time. After taking picture, I went on to sleep. However it took me another long time to fall asleep again. I was awakened by the noise of neighbors upstairs around 6:30am in the morning. I had to get up earlier than before. Wet dream always means poor sleeping quality to me but I still would like to experience WDs more often. Please refer to the attached picture for detail. The load was moderate to high this time. DAY 180 - Wet Dream at about 2:55am on the morning of 2nd November 2013 - 2 DAYs since last WD

Today is 6-month milestone on my AB course. How time flies! It has already been a half year since my last masturbation and I also had a wet dream this morning. As I was very low-spirited and depressed due to the huge pressure from job and other things recently, the wet dream gift on my 6-month AB day is especially warm-hearted. The WD is also unexpected because it has been only 2 days since my last WD. Anyway, I am excited and the pressure seems getting partly relieved due to the WD, at least within today.

This is the 19th WD within this AB run, the 27th WD within 2013. I went to bed at about 0:20am in the midnight. I felt the peeing pulsation of my penis when I was half awake. I woke up soon after the ejaculation ended and realised that I had a wet dream. Still no dreams remembered. I was happy that I sensed the ejaculation this time. Frankly speaking, I didn't feel the orgasm during that 4~5 squirts of ejaculation. I always couldn't wake up during the building up process. There are many times that I didn't sense the peeing pulsation, didn't remember the erotic dreams, let alone the building up process. Although I have experienced many WDs, the "quality" of my WD may not be that excellent. However, nothing is perfect. I still think my current wet dream situation is good.

DAY 187 - Wet Dream at about 7:00am on 9th November 2013 - 7 DAYs since last WD

Had a wet dream this morning. This is the 20th WD within this AB run, the 28th WD within 2013. Luckily I remembered my erotic dream clearly this time maybe because it happened late. It was the latest wet dream I have experienced so far. I woke up at 6:13am for the first time and then I went to pee. It took me about 20 minutes or so to fall asleep again after peeing. At about 6:58am I had a dream. In my dream, I had a quarrel with a couple at first. However, something happened and then everything changed. My dick was in the woman's vagina. The man stood aside with his dick erected. I began to ejaculate after only about 3 times of insertion into the woman's vagina. I was half awake at that time. I could sense the ejaculating process. I "tried" to discharge the semen out. The peeing pulsation was intense. There were 9 squirts of semen shot out altogether. My right hand was in my underwear then. Some squirts of semen were shot on my belly and my chest. So we can conclude that the ejaculation should point to my belly and chest direction. The load was high but only a little was kept on my underwear. Thus you can only see a small wet area from the attached picture.

DAY 194 - Wet Dream on 16th November 2013 - 7 DAYs since last WD

Had a wet dream this morning. This was the 21th WD within this AB run, the 29th WD within 2013. However, I didn't remember anything about the dream or maybe I didn't make dream at that time? I went to bed at about 0:30am in the midnight and woke up with my underwear soaked by wet semen fluid. Some of the semen fluid flowed through my waist onto the sheet (I was sleeping on my back then). According to my rough estimation, the load was average this time. I tried to get up to check the time and take a picture but I was so sleepy that I just went on to sleep again. However, this thought was kept in my subconscious and I woke in the morning much earlier than usual. My underwear was already dried at about 7:15am with only some tiny white spots left on it. They were so vague that couldn't be seen through picture thus I didn't take any pictures.

Pressure level didn't decrease these days. Hope I can experience more hot wet dreams. Wish me luck. Thanks for reading!

I am horny as most of you sometimes but I think I am a person with relatively strict self-discipline. Each time I would like to masturbate, I would remind myself that the only one thing I could get from MB would be a few seconds' pleasure. I would be in much regret afterwards. That is not what I want. So I will watch some porns every few days but I will try to persuade myself not to masturbate using above methods.

I do aerobic exercise such as jogging almost everyday (of course except on bad weather days and busy days). Exercise will make semen more energetic. Try to eat balanced diet including both meat and vegetables. No alcohol. No smoking. Live a healthy life.

According to my previous few times' WD cycle, I guessed I might experience a wet dream before bed last night and wet dream did come as expected. I didn't remember anything nor did I sense the ejaculating pulsation. I struggled to get up to take a picture. The load was average this time. Please refer to the attached picture for detail. DAY 207 - Wet Dream at about 7:30am on 29th November 2013 - 6 DAYs since last WD

Had a wet dream yesterday morning. It was the 23rd WD within this AB run, the 31st WD within 2013. It was the latest wet dream I had experienced so far. Luckily, I remembered my hot dream this time. The later wet dream happened in the morning, the bigger likelihood that I could remember my dreams. In my dream, I was having fun with a girl and a guy. Feeling good, I began to move my body and I ejaculated almost in the same time. I could sense the peeing pulsation in reality this time. The load was average this time.
