Thanks for your comments and suggestion, Eleazar! I have tried to prepare a statistical table to summarize my MB & WD dates as attached picture which will make you easier to read. I will do this periodically from now on.

DAY 42

I am happy that I can stick with my AB for 6 weeks which was totally unexpected when I started this AB run. However, I am a little bit disappointed that my WD delayed. According to my previous WD intervals, my next WD is supposed to occur the day before yesterday or yesterday, but nothing happened so far. Anyway I will keep up with my AB track because AB can help me to become stronger both in mental and physical. Wish me luck! Thanks for reading my post.

I am a bit fat. My BMI (weight/height^2) is 25.8, so I have to do some exercise to lose some weight.

DAY 43 - Wet Dream @ about 4:55am on 18th June 2013

Finally WD remembered to come to see me. It has been 11 days since my last WD. This is also the 5th WD within this AB run. I think the reason why my WD intervals lengthened was that I ate less meat these days in order to lose some weight. I will make some adjustment from now on. I did wake up from a dream which seemed non-sexual related to a large extent. The only part I could recall was that I had to say goodbye to somebody. When I woke up, the ejaculation had already ended. I was semi-erected. I did not sleep soundly and did wake up a few times with raging boner afterwards. DAY 48

Nothing much to report. Actually a few days went by without porns because I was somewhat busy. Still do some exercise such as jogging almost every day to distract some of my extra energy. Always went to bed at about 0:30am and barely woke up during sleep at night these days. Everything seems in order. Hope I can be strong for a longer time. Wish me luck! Thanks for reading my post.

DAY 54 - WD at about 1:35am on 29th June 2013 - 11 days since last WD

WD came as expected this morning. This is the 6th WD within this AB run. Seems my WD cycle may be 11 days but it is still pending for verification on my following AB days. I went to bed at 0:10am this morning and woke up at 1:41am finding that I had a wet dream. This is the earliest WD I have experienced. Most of the other WDs happened between 3:30am and 6:00am. The ejaculation ended minutes before I woke up and my penis was flaccid. I still couldn't remember anything. After taking PICS I went to sleep again. Since the WD was earlier and I was sleepy, I slept well afterwards. My underwear still smells sperm taste when I got up at 7:30am this morning and I was happy and satisfied. My urge to MB was a bit high before I got up. Luckily I persuaded myself and stopped timely. 54 days was really difficult to build up, I will not surrender easily. DAY 55

I always don't remember anything when I wake up in the morning or during the night. Maybe I forgot my dreams, or maybe I did not dream at all. In all, there are only a few times that I can remember my dream. When I got up this morning, I recalled one dream suddenly and the dream was hot. I dreamed I could give myself a blow job. In my dream, I was physically fit and I could suck in my dick very easily which was impossible in reality. Sucking myself for a few minutes, I didn't cum and I was worried that it would ruin my long time's of AB. (Maybe I was so focus on my AB that I could take it into consideration in my dream ) This blow job didn't bring me much unusual pleasure. Maybe I stopped afterwards in my dream but actually I couldn't remember the following parts. I didn't wake up the whole night so it was uncommon that I could remember it. Maybe it is related with the following points:
1, the absorbency of the underwear, some of my underwears are not of good absorbtion;
2, the type of underwear, boxer briefs maybe large enough to hold more semen;
3, sleeping position, sleeping on stomach leads to more amounts of cum;
I think the above 3 factors may influence the load which can be seen on underwear but actually there may also be some semen remained on your penis or balls which can't be seen on your underwear. The amount of semen produced within a period of time has effect on the amount of semen ejaculated out. I think the reason why my cum varies is that the protein and other nutrients I ate are different everyday. For example, less protein, less semen produced, less cum.

DAY 59 - 5 DAYs since last WD

Only one day left to achieve 60 DAYs' milestone. I watched some porn and was so much eager to release on day 57. I was rubbing the sensitive areas below my urinarius but stopped promptly to avoid the tragedy. I think I must be in huge regret if I break my long time's of AB. I met some difficulties with my exercise because my knees ached when jogging. I think I should have a rest for the knees to recover. Still waiting for my next WD. Wish me luck! DAY 63 - 9 DAYs since last WD

Nothing special to report. Although I met some difficulty on my exercise due to the pains of my knee, I chose to stick with my exercise. However, I must be more careful and gentle than before when I was exercising because I would be hurt if too intense. Normal AB days are boring, just like life, uncolorful and full of obstacles at most of the time. My next expected WD day will be two days later according to my previous WD cycle, let us see whether it is correct or not. Wish me luck, thanks for reading my post.

DAY 69 - 15 DAYs since last WD

WD didn't come as expected on DAY 65 and the following few days. I think reasons are as below:

1, Less Znic intake. Although seafood contains higher percentage of Znic, it also belongs to high purine food. For the sake of health, I have to choose to eat less seafood.
2, More Znic out. Exercise makes me sweat more than before as it is too hot in summer right now. Microscale elements such as Znic I doubt will be discharged out with sweat.
3, High temperature slows down the semen production. This theory is accepted all over the world and the quality of semen in summer is not as good as in other seasons.

When I woke up during sleep this morning, I was eager to MB so much. Luckily, I stopped timely. I don't know how long I can stick with but I have tried my best, that is enough. Wish me luck! Thanks for reading my posts.

DAY 70 - 16 DAYs since last WD

A little bit frustrated, especially when I have noticed that other people still get their WDs every few days despite the hot weather. However, I will not give up because I am very sure that WD is very close. I think the key point for me at this stage is just patience. Although I still did exercise regularly, I woke up during sleep at night more often these days and it always took me some time to exclude MB from my mind. The battle against MB is really tough. Hope I can overcome my weakness and stick with my AB course as long as I can. Patience is virtue. Thanks for reading my posts.

DAY 73 - Wet Dream at about 7:00am on 18th July 2013 - 19 DAYs since last WD

Finally WD came this morning. It was the 7th WD within this AB run. This time I remembered some parts of my dream maybe because wet dream happened just before I woke up.

Dream

In my dream, I was edging with another guy who was bounded by a tight rope. I was worried that edging would broke my AB so I stopped right away but it was too late. Then I began ejaculating both in dream and in reality. I could sense the pulsation of my penis. There were about 5~6 squirts of semen out. The semen was more watery than before and contained less Znic according to the sperm I smelled. After taking pictures, I went to sleep again but couldn't fall asleep. Generally speaking, my WD cycle lengthened as a result of exercise and less Znic intake. I think I had to adjust my expectation of my WD. Hope I could experience my next WD soon. Wish me luck! Thanks for reading my posts.

I think the most accurate word to describe the semen's smell will be fishy. The fishy smell of my semen this time is not as strong as previous, so I say it is the result of less Znic.

DAY 74 - Wet Dream at about 5:20am on 19th July 2013 - 1 DAY since last WD

God must have heard my prayer. Following yesterday morning's WD, I had a WD again this morning. It was the 8th WD within this AB run. When I woke up at about 5:25am, the ejaculation had already ended. I didn't remember anything about the dream, nor did I sense the pulsation of my penis. This time, the smell of the semen was as fishy as before. There was some semen flowed out to my blanket maybe because I wore a brief which was not large enough to hold the semen. After taking some pics, I went to sleep again. Please refer to the attached pics for reference as usual.

In all, I am happy that I can have two WDs in consecutive two days. So WD is really really unpredictable. I should keep relaxed attitude towards WD. Had another WD this morning. It was the 9th WD within this AB run. I went to bed at about 0:10am and woke up at about 2:05am finding that I had a WD. The ejaculation had already ended when I woke up. I didn't remember anything about the dream and I didn't sense the pulsation of my penis either. The load was moderate to high and the semen smelled very fishy. Seemed that WD happened more frequently these days maybe resulted from long time's of no release between 29th June and 18th July. After taking PICS, I went to sleep again because I was too sleepy. It was the 10th WD within this AB run. I went to bed at about 0:00am and woke up at about 2:50am finding that I had a WD. The ejaculation had already ended when I woke up. I didn't remember anything about the dream and I didn't sense the pulsation of my penis either. The load was moderate and the semen smelled fishy (The fishy smell subsided and the stain on underwear was gone when I got up in the morning). It was strange that WD happened so frequently these days. Maybe it was related with more protein intake (I ate more meat these days). After taking PICS, I went to sleep again.
