DAY 0

Has MBed for a few times these days. I always feel horny and need to release each time after WD. My willpower to continue with my AB is not that strong, so I MBed on April 12th. Yesterday I learned from internet the way to delay ejaculation when masturbating. I succeeded last night but failed this morning. I am in deep regret now. I must keep strong from now on. Hope I can break my AB record this time. Thanks for reading my posts!

The method to delay ejaculation is press glans ditch of penis both the front and the opposite. First, masturbate until you have the feeling of ejaculation then press glans ditch of penis hard for a few seconds. After the feeling disappears, masturbate again and stop again when the feeling comes. Repeat the actions for 3 times per day. I think this method will not do when you are looking at porn. It is more suitable when your mind is clean and peaceful. You must be very careful when using this metod to dalay ejaculation. Good luck!

Had a wet dream this morning but MBed about 15 minutes after I woke up. I learned a new method of MB before bed last night. Although I was very eager to try this new method last night, I stopped because WD was more important at that time. After WD, I think MB can be a reward of my long time's waiting, so it happened. Using this new MB method, I must say that the feeling of ejaculation was so intense and wonderful that I never had before. I was even looking forward to my next WD and my next MB!

As for the WD, I did not remember anything as usual when I woke up. Attached pics for your reference. I must be strong to wait for my next WD. Then I can enjoy my new method MB again! Thanks for reading my posts.

I still could not remember anything about my dream. I doubt that I did not dream at all. I woke up almost right after ejaculation. If I dreamed of something, I thought I should remember a little. I could feel the pulse of my penis during some of my previous wet dreams but I could not feel about it during my recent ones. Anyway hope I can get the best part of my dream soon. To answer your question, you can follow below steps:
1, open the foreskin to expose the entire glans after the erection of the penis if you are uncut;
2, use the index finger to stimulate the glans penis from coronary sulcus spiraling to the urethra, once ejaculation feeling occurs, stop the stimulation immediately, repeat the above for about 10 minutes then ejaculate in the end.

As for previous few WDs, I have the sensation of ejaculation, but the orgasm was not as intense as MB. For the recent ones, I woke up about some minutes after ejaculation, no “orgasm sensation” could I feel and no dreams could I remember.

Thanks for your comments! I do not think it is good to delay ejaculation. However, you can try the new method of MB as a reward of long time waiting.

DAY 11 - DAY 8 Since WD

I find it more and more difficult to resist the temptation of MB. I had to struggle with MB almost everyday. However, I read an article today saying that if one masturbates in young middle age it can even increase the risk of cancer. No matter right or wrong, I will use this word to remind myself to stick with my AB. Hope I can go further this time. Thanks for reading my posts.

DAY 3 - Wet Dream @ 1:55am on 9th May 2013 (Continued)

My willpower of AB was not that strong these days and you can see from my signature that I MBed more frequently than a few months ago. I will try to adjust myself to keep strong from now on. As for the WD this morning, it happened only 2 hours after I went to bed so I think I must be in deep sleep thus no dream at that time. After the WD, I went to sleep again. I dreamed I were a doctor (maybe nurse will be more accurate) and I was withdrawing blood. I was very nervous being less experienced and then made a mistake. Criticized by the leader, I felt wronged and then I suddenly woke up. The local time was about 8:15am then. Same as previous, WD pics for your reference. BTW, the color of my underwear is so bright! As for the WD on 9th May 2013, I remembered I noticed erection soon after I woke up. As for the WDs on 24th April & 27th April, I didn't remember because I didn't pay much attention on whether or not I had an erection. I will remember to check that afterwards. In my opinion, the location of the stain depends on sleeping gesture to some extent. Thanks for your comments!

When you say gesture do you mean position? I find no matter what position I sleep in the position of my PENIS when I wake up is pointing up to my bellybutton or off to the side, but upward. Maybe everyone is different but for me that is naturally how my erection points. I cant imagine how it would end up any other way without being forced or else not being fully hard for some reason. Or maybe if I wore looser underwear like boxers it could flop around more but not in briefs.
